I popped in to look at some hiking boots yesterday. I tried a couple of pairs on. There was a very tall young lad there who also helped me look for other options. He was extremely helpful

Great service from Emily today. I accidentally picked up two left wellies and had not realised. Emily spotted my mistake and I was able to get an actual pair which will be considerably more useful. Always friendly and helpful

Finding a member of staff isn’t always easy in Go Outdoors, but on this occasion I asked a member of staff if anyone could help with rucksack selection, he said he would send someone to me.
The member of staff called Lochlan was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. He was knowledgeable, and went that extra mile.
Would highly recommend.

Had my hybrid bike serviced by Tom, giving it a smooth and silky ride. Friendly and knowledgeable at a good price, would recommend.

Very helpful advice on purchasing a goretex waterproof from Henry. He was knowledgeable about the products and honest about alternatively priced items. Much appreciated.

Great store with really helpful staff, big thank you to Dave for unlocking several jackets for me to try on , found the perfect one too at a very good price with the Go Outdoors membership. Loads of choice and the store was well laid out. I would definitely recommend it.

Browsing for Christmas presents and found all the staff very helpful, served at the till by Emily to be informed my Go outdoors discount card had expired, I renewed it under my name then half way through paying I decided to put it in my husbands name, Emily was very patient, nothing seemed too much trouble, very polite and still smiling, thank you Emily.

When I was starting to panic about a bike I had purchased, I contacted the loughborough store and spok to Tom, who was very polite and helpful and helped me feel at ease straight away. I came into the store later that day, where Tom was there ready to help, going above and beyond, again very polite and helpful and being very efficient, I left the store feeling completely satisfied and lucky that they're was someone like Tom at the store to help me

I went to buy my wife a Christmas present and, because we share bank accounts and she sees everything I buy, I had cash with me - just enough cash to buy what I wanted. At the checkout I discovered I had somehow lost £20. I asked the person on the checkout to (Meena) to save the item whilst I scouted round for the money, but in the end I couldn’t find where I must have dropped it. I went home a bit grumpy, not because of the £20 itself, but because I now needed to source another £20 that my wife didn’t know about (sad - I know). Anyhow when I returned to the store several hours later Meena was still there, recognised me, and said she had mounted a search and found the £20, which was excellent. I tried to get her to keep the £20, just for the effort and honesty, but she wouldn’t have any of it. Very good service. Thank you Meena.

Colleagues in store (the manager and Meena on the check out) went out of their way to help me sort a refund for a cancelled kiosk order after I had lost the receipt. Really appreciate their help at a very busy time of year!

Tom in Loughborough who does bike repairs is honest and knowledgeable when it comes to bicycle repairs. Plus the repairs are done straight away with little waiting time.

Meena was incredibly helpful and understanding brilliant colleague at go outdoors Loughborough made the experience so much easier as I didn’t have a lot of knowledge when I walked in 🙂
