Nice assistant, but not enough staff per customer. Also the assistant didn't appear to have knowledge when asked for advice about what boot, size etc . Which is pretty important in a walking boot. I'm not holding the person to account. It must be a lack of training.Not enough stock availability - boot type and sizes. I now wish I hadn't paid for membership. I went to another brand store and got the help I needed.

Came in looking for a bag to go interailing with Locky and Josh both very helpful and knowledgable made the process a lot easier .

Went to buy some camping chairs, but had not received my membership shit yet to get the deal. So Emily on the till sorted this out straight away no hassle. And was very happy,kind and polite!

We went to buy a tent and camping equipment and as novice it was a bit bewildering, Josh T was so helpful showing us all the options. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave genuinely good advice. He made the whole process so easy. I have some more things to buy and will definitely be back. Josh and Saskia were absolutely amazing today! All the information we needed to know we were informed of and we were advised on the products that were relevant to us. Lochlan kindly took the time to walk me through some E-MTB options. Once I was happy with the bike I wanted, he broke down the timeline for the bike to be built charged and ultimately collected. Less than 24hours later I received a phone call from Lochlan himself letting me know my bike was ready to collect. Upon arrival he remembered me without prompting. He then made sure the bike was set up for me to ride away should I want to. He gave me a comprehensive introduction to charging and caring for the bike. Very impressed with his service!
