5 star experience buying my new backpack today. Meena was very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

I wanted a supportive pair of walking shoes, as I'd been advised to get some by the Podiatrist. Matt was really helpful, bringing me several shoes to try on and was very knowledgeable about the structure of them, which helped me to choose a pair. He, like Josh T on the till, was personable and friendly, making my trip enjoyable. A couple of nice lads - well done!

Rang up in the morning to see if a particular product was in snd got Josh T on the phone. Extremely helpful and advised they had one gilet in store in my size, he asked if I'd like it kept for me and not allowed it to be sold. Went in later on in the afternoon and bought it.

I had problems with one particular sort of wellington, having to purchase a pair after only 2 months, on 4 occasions, Dave addressed the problem & advised me accordingly & directed me to a better quality boot, he was extremely helpful. Meena was very friendly on the till

Had a great trip to the Loughborough Go Outdoors store. We were served by Matt N, who genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful. We were purchasing a new pair of walking boots and Matt took the time to share his own experience and give really sound, honest advice — nothing was too much trouble. He then went on to help us with water bottles and sleeping bags as well, making sure we found exactly what we needed. Excellent customer service from start to finish. A real credit to the store — we’ll definitely be back!

First time we have been to the Loughborough branch, but same great quality and range as ever! One of the few shops these days that I chose over just going online, so many interesting things and ideas. And customer service also superb, with a special mention for Josh who served us with a friendly and helpful approach.

Exactly the item I wanted was in stock and at a reasonable price, although there was a wide selection of alternatives. Josh was very helpful in leading me where I needed to go. All this adds up to a happy customer.

The staff member who took my call and subsequently helped me when I came into store was absolutely great. They went above and beyond and dealt with my total state of confusion and overwhelm amazingly. They took the time I needed in a product exchange resulting in my getting what I wanted and the store getting me to top up, so hopefully it felt like a win-win.

Looking to buy a couple of RAB coats, we rang store before travelling to check on stock of preferred styles, this was done without hesitation. When we got there shop assistant Kacey was a credit to Go Outdoors, extremely attentive and couldn't have been more helpful.
