I popped over to Go outdoors today…
I popped over to Go outdoors today looking for a large rucksack and day pack for the west highland way. Georgia saw me trying on different bags and asked if I needed any help. After a friendly chat she then pointed me in the direction of a much more suitable bag which is exactly what I need. Plus a bladder pack and a sit mat that I’d almost forgotten about! She’s enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent service. Thank you so much!

Top Class Service
Came in for a new pair of hiking boots at Coatbridge. Cammy was brilliant - top class service. Patient annd knowledgeable. Only complaint I have is you need to stock more of the popular shoe sizes such as a 9.

We understand this meant you were unaware that your order was ready, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. This issue has been raised and is currently being investigated further.
As the order was not collected, it has been cancelled and a full refund issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 working days for this to show in your account.

Showing items in stock in line. Driven over 2 hours to buy something and they don't have any! Manager Stuart had a terrible attitude when I asked him why this was and I had driven 2 hours.

Always check you have correct items when you pay online to collect instore
I ordered and paid for 2 Berghaus recliners to be collected at Coatbridge. I received my email that they were ready to collect and travelled the 90 minutes to collect them the next day. On arrival the order could not be located but we were given items from the shop floor. We loaded them in the car and drove home only to discover we had been given the wrong chairs. These were the compact ones. I phoned the store to explain and was basically told that this could not happen at all. I had to travel the 3 hour round trip the next day to exchange the chairs for the correct ones. Lesson learned to check goods before driving off
