My daughter is going skiing to Glen co for the day with the school , went to go outdoors coatbridge to look for items , we had asked a member of staff (cammy) what we were looking for and our budget as it was only a day trip , cammy took everything on board what we had said and was looking for and he went above and beyond in his customer service ,nothing was burden and got what we needed with a budget . even made my daughter at ease and was asking lots of questions if she was looking forward to it ect and gave her hints and tips . Cammy is such a credit to ure store and we will defo be back again .

Cammy was very knowledgeable and helped my husband and I look at tents. He spent loads of time with us and catered for our needs. He took the time to listen to what we would need and like. He recommended 2 particular tents that suited our family needs. Cammy you are amazing at what you do! Excellent customer service. Totally deserves a wage rise!

She helped us pick the best walking boots suited for our purposes and helped was extremely helpful in checking we had the right size for the best comfort. She also directed us towards some socks that would help with our kilt walk. Cannot express enough how helpful she was.

Great service in Coatbridge store
I had great service from Karen in the Coatbridge store. I had to return an item which was faulty but out with 30 days. With her product knowledge she knew the fault should not happen as the item wasn’t that worn and was usually of very good quality, so agreed an exchange with no fuss . Courteous and helpful throughout, thank you.
