GO Outdoors - Coatbridge Omdömen 

Great experience in the Coatbridge store today, was looking for items that I could l t see on the shelf, I asked the store assistant Chloe C. & (Calvin) if they could help and although she had just finished for the day, went out her way to help me out and find the item I was looking for.

First class service from stuart and the team this morning. I had an issue with a tent i had purchased and went back to the shop for advice they handed the situation quickly and with no issues whatsoever. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for our outdoors equipment. 1st class service grate prices excellent service

I never write store reviews. However, after having an incredibly disappointing experience at the Edinburgh store trying to find walking boots (sales person just not really interested despite the fact I was about to spend £200-£300, not coming back after giving me shoes to try on, and not really asking me anything to to gauge other options. They didn'thave my size in one particular boot, so when i asked if they can check to see if another store would have them I was told a flat out "no"!! There was no effort to maybe check. My partner ended up calling around instead so we left).

Well... i then had the BEST experience at the Coatbridge branch. A lovely woman called Georgia was AMAZING! I feel she really went above and beyond for me. She asked me questions about what type of thing I was after and she was super knowledgeable, friendly and suggested a pair of boots I'd never even looked at. Safe to say they were perfect and I left having bought them. Georgia genuinely seemed excited to talk to me about hiking and that these would be my first proper pair of boots. This was honestly such a breath of fresh air seeing as most retail workers tend to act like they hate their jobs, and especially in comparison to the Edinburgh store. She also recommended some insoles and let me try them with the boots in store which I also purchased. I saw her at another point in the clothing section where she suggested some trousers. If it wasn't for employees like Georgia then shopping would really be a miserable experience. Companies need to start recognising employees like this....I spent £0 in the Edinburgh store....and over £300 in Coatbridge so hopefully the company can do the math.

I came into buy a new pair of boots, I had read reviews online and was set on a particular pair of Scappa. Ross was absolutely brilliant with his service, he found the boots I was after but gave me more information about them. And found that they were not actually the best boots for me.
He adviced some other pairs and able to try them on. He was extremely honest. The boots I wanted, the store didn't actually have the size I required. So instead trying just sell me another boot, he helped me find another store which had my size to order.
I will be back when I ever I need some hiking gear!

Was in store in Coatbridge, I was needing help with the pricing I was charged of fishing pellets I had bought, both Jade and Emma where a fantastic help and got the help I needed to get it resolved, very polite members off staff.

Chloe M was excellent from start to finish - so happy to help and resolved my issue in jig time 👍

emma was extremely helpful and told us what to buy, and kept looking for stock we wanted and got us the best deals also her knowledge of camping was amazing,amazing shop

Great service from Go Outdoor Coatbridge today - we were in twice in one day and Emma could not have been more helpful. She was brilliant with helping us pick out hiking boots for all three of our daughters and gave the best advice on cooking gear and equipment. We would have been lost without her today she was so knowledgeable and friendly. We also had great service from other members of staff who were happy to answer any questions.

Excellent service from Emma over the past couple of weeks. I phoned up with a problem with the battery with our Vango Icarus power beam tent. Emma did research into what she could do to help and sourced us a new battery. Great service, thank you!

Great customer service with Ross today buying walking boots for daughter. Attentive and experienced sharing knowledge to help us make the right choice.

I visited the shop on Friday to buy a camping stove and Cammy was very helpful and knowledgeable. Although the stove I decided I wanted wasn’t in stock, Cammy offered the display model or advised checking stock online later that day or on Monday again. In the meantime, he helped me to get the assessories I needed for the stove such as the gas regulator, pipe and bottle. On Monday morning, I checked online and saw the shop had stock and called and asked for a stove to be set aside. Later that day, I visited the shop to collect it and Cammy remembered me from Friday and was very helpful, getting my order for me.

Absolute great service today with Stuart and Reece. Had my new bike ready for arrival, helped me with accessories and what would be the best options. Great customer care regarding the bike and how everything works. Would definitely recommend go outdoors Coatbridge!! 🙂

Murray in the Coatbridge branch was very knowledgeable, very helpful and spent the time with us to ensure we got all the camping equipment that we needed, very patient young guy and nothing was too much trouble. He was outstanding to deal with. Thank you Murray for all your help.
