GO Outdoors - Bristol Omdömen 

I travelled to Bristol shop with my son looking for a kids bike today, but none size suitable bike was displayed. Aran was super helpful by going straight to the storeroom to bring 2 new bikes with different colours for my son to choose. What’s more, he did not want us to wait and decided to build the bike for us straight away. I could then pick up the new bike in 15 minutes in which I found it very grateful. He even brought the bike to the car park to demonstrate and teach me how to take out the front wheel of the bike and put it into my car nicely. It is truly beyond my expectations. Thank you for your help, Aran and I do believe that Aran’s quality can surely enhance the image of GO Outdoors. I highly recommend people to go to Go Outdoors Bristol to find Aran when you would like to purchase new bikes.

Ordered a new head torch, received no communication about the order. Visited the shop in person after 8 days to chase the order and it’s fair to say staff were disinterested and couldn’t provide any update. Eventually advised by email I’d been given a refund, no confirmation that the item wasn’t actually available. Then received an email asking me to rate my purchasing experience!

After completing my click and collect the store assistant Louis, asked if I required further advice, which fortunately I did. I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience across all my kit requirements  from boots, sleeping mats and especially tents. Makes you want to Go Outdoors!

Great visit to the Bristol store today. I was helped by Louis who was extremely knowledgeable and interested in my trip, and able to answer all of my questions from walking boots to sleeping mats and tents. I really appreciated his time and enthusiasm.

Not been to Go outdoors in Brislington on a Friday afternoon for some time but it was nice to be served by Andy in the fishing section. Very helpfully a good knowledge on fishing products and to talk about recent trips to various lakes with in a hour from Bristol . 🐟👍

Visited the Bristol store shopping for a family tent, were served by Karin who was really helpful with us chosing the product we wanted and also navigated us through the current offers to help us get the best value for money with the product combination she helped us select. We ended up with an excellent deal which she held at the till ready for us to finish browsing and had fab follow up service with a later collection of part of our order. Can’t fault it!

Absolutely fantastic service today at Go Outdoors. I was looking for new walking boots and walking sandals for wildlife filmmaking expeditions and Kerrie could not have been more helpful. She gave me so much useful advice and nothing was too much trouble.

Served today by Billy and his colleague (sorry didn't get her name), their advice and knowledgeable of the products was commendable. Thank you both for your outstanding customer service which is much appreciated these days.

Lovely cheery help from Marissa (?) to find a new pair of hiking boots. Checkout staff very quick to open a new till when a queue of 2 developed! Excellent friendly staff.

I was searching the store for some walking trousers and not really being aware that there was so much choice with all the different makes, materials and styles. In short I felt lost amongst it all.
I cannot praise enough staff member Kat for all the help she gave me. She is extremely Knowledgeable and patient and a keen walker herself.
She picked out several types and styles with a short inside leg which I had great difficulty finding and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted.

Went in for a tent and picked up a couple of other items. At the till we were served by Finn who was friendly and asked if we had a blue light card. Something I forget to ask about. We were chuffed to bits with the discount. Thank you Finn.

The staff are really friendly and give great customer service. They've got it bang-on.

Went to get final bits for our sons Duke of Edinburgh Silver practice and the service and advice we got was first class. Kat was super helpful with finding trousers to fit my gangly teen, Mia and Kerrie were likewise helpful in finding the right food (my son is autistic and will only eat certain foods) and even the socks that needed to be right for him and his needs, we were assisted at every turn. Highly recommended store!
