We need a goodness me in Fort erie or niagara falls region please. I always shopped in Hamilton but now I live in fort erie and find it really inconvenient to shop else where. Plus they have really a much smaller scale out here No variety please consider fort erie. Thanks

I'm not sure what their in store service is like but I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything online. I purchased 2bottles of lemon juice 250 m|from Goodness Me and they neglected to reach out to me after I sent them 2 emails explaining that one of my mailed items was damaged, I also sent pictures. I work in Customer service and this is unacceptable. I thought for sure I would have heard from them and even gave them ample time.
Purchased in September 2025. I do not recommend them

I Bought 240 mg of CanPrev bis-magnesium for $44 Should have checked Amazon. 400MG for $35. Exactly the same but almost 2x as much.

I don’t mind supporting small business but This is price gouging. Lately many products I have seen them carry are significantly more than their competitors. I think it’s time to realize they are not the only alternative store in town.

Wonder what happened to this store??!! I use to shop here regularly. No more flyers, no Nourish magazine, no more classes. Janet Jacks cannot be running this business today because it was a great place to shop, attend classes and learn. Looked forward to these classes offering knowledge and cooking classes but not much offered today. I have shopped at this store since it opened in the late 70’s. So SAD to see the business deteriorate.Not shopping here anymore!!

My order was destroyed thanks to poor transit/delivery. Delivery was also incredibly slow- are they overseas? I reached out to Goodnessme several times and each time I was ignored. Poor customer service. The products I ordered I can get elsewhere which is exactly what I’ll be doing.

I will never come to this store as they make money on customers by selling expiring dairy and if you don't catch it you you loose as they do not take expired product back. It was not even reduced!!!! This happened to me personally. Also they sell grains full of bugs. Disgusting!!! I used to come to this store frequently for some product but after they sold me expired product and refused to take it back I BAND that store!!!

I usually shop at my local goodness me store but tried 1st online order...well never again. My order went near me and out for delivery to be changed from Thursday delivery to farest side of my ON province and now maybe Monday delivery ☹️
My blood pressure pills were needed by Friday...don't order online if you need within a week I guess..I wished I lived in Ottawa for my order but I live near Barrie ON

Don't trust this website It is totally fake and totally dependent on fraudulent activitieses

Just to mess with you, they limit the number of items you can buy. When you put in multiple purchases to get what you need they accuse you of fraud and put a code onto the credit rating computer which blocks your card.

I used to buy the pumpkin pies once a month. I’m not sure if what they did to their receipt but I had to throw the most recent one in the garbage. By far the worst pumpkin pie ever. They must have changed the receipt or have someone new Is making them. Disgusting and won’t shop there again.

I just bought salt 12 days ago. They shipped it 8 days later, not 4-7 days as they claim on their website! This is not all! I opened the package only to see that I was delivered a wrong salt! A fully different one then what I ordered! Immediately I got on the e-mail and on the phone to contact the customer service, but I can not get hold of anybody...everybody vanished! Nobody answers the phone, there is no answering machine on to leave a message and no replies to my e-mails! For 2 days I am trying to contact somebody with no success! And here I am now stuck to a wrong product!
THIS COMPANY IS A BIG SCAM! Buyers by aware DO NOT BUY AT GOODNESS.CA!!!

I made a purchase at Goodnessme.ca 4 days ago because I try to buy from the little guy! They have not shipped my item as of yet even though they said I would receive it in 4-7 days Still they have not shipped I have sent 3 emails about my problem and NO RESPONSE I tried calling today and they are not open at 9am Nobody there How can a company operate like this If I were smart I would have bought at Amazon and had the item already This is a scam company and Buyers should take note!!!!!
