Several of the items I bought were old and/or actually rancid.
Customer service was not even sorry - just rude.

I had bought food that always was fresh prior to this order. I was disappointed by the lack of a fresh smell and noticeably slight off taste of the certified gluten-free organic oats. The production date was nearly one year ago and the manufacturer's website recommends 6 months to 2 years, so they don't have much longer and already taste "stale." I wholly do not recommend these oats as they don't taste fresh. I will pay more for certified gluten-free oats elsewhere. It's always disappointing to that there's never a best buy date either. I will never purchase from them again. They have yet to respond to my email.

I only bought two items, a greens powder and moringa. They shipped in two days and both powders taste exactly like they should. Again, I only ordered two items, so they are all I can speak on, but so far satisfied.

I think that this company was trying to steal my credit card information. My order was declined due to my email address. I entered email again , same thing, declined. My card is never declined and I received a text from my CC company. I called and got a new CC number. I am so bummed. I needed these supplies for my business. A very suspicious situation.

I have so far had a positive experience with EO, buying oat groats, walnuts and hazelnuts. But…. Everything has a herby/floral scent and taste. Why?

I payed for my order almost month ago and to this day haven't received it

BEWARE of Essential Organics website! The online payment page popped an error when I entered my card details. My credit card was cloned and the scammer purchased a Copa Airlines ticket worth $1 343.19. It was too late for my bank to cancel the card and Copa Airlines couldn’t do anything about it. My first time ordering from Essential Organics and this was the WORST experience ever!

I placed my first order last week because this shop had the lowest price online for a few items. They have a lot of rare items as well, which made me stack my cart. Everything came and looks really nice. I like the packaging also as it looks like it's going to hold up upon reuse. I mostly got powders and teas. I will be back.

Every kind of organic nuts both raw and roasted taste "peppery" to me and my husband? I have contacted the company and will see how they respond. Very disappointedn in the products thus far.........

Essential Organics ripped me off. They sent 50 lbs. of the wrong beans I can't eat. They will not respond to my email's and they don't have a phone number to call.

Grateful they were able to change my shipping address days after I had ordered. I checked the weight of a couple items out of curiosity—all were accurate. I don’t mind that it takes some days before they pack and ship—they set expectations well on the website.

I placed an order of almost $400. this past week. Kept looking to see when it would ship. The money was debited from my account, then returned back?? No oder?? Please let me know why. Thank you.

Been ordering for a few months. Just received a package of 11 items. All good quality, full weight.
This is a high quality "aggregator" which knows how to source. Good product descriptions. Great selection and reasonable prices.

Ordered online the ITALIAN VOLCANO lemon juice.
Arrived about 7 days later - shipping was $15.
The bottles expired on 1/22/23. Why are they selling expired items? It’s 2/8/23.
Do not buy from here. Costly and expired products. Watch out, read everything before purchasing.

They've been out of Muesli for a year now!!!
I told them they should shut down the site and stop advertising products that they no longer sell.
If you no longer sell it.
Remove it from the site. Stop saying it's temporarily out of stock.
I'm going elsewhere!!!

Made an order and it took 8 days for processing. I had to message them on the 7th day with no tracking information. Then they emailed the same day that they just shipped it out that day and another 5 days to receive.

I read the reviews about Rooibos tea on their website, all 5 stars. I ordered 1lb of the tea. It has a very unpleasant smell. The tea has no Rooibos tea flavor at all after 10 minutes brewing. No return accepted once you opened the product, so just waste money. You can't put a bad review of their products on their website.

I’ve ordered from EssentialOrganicIngredients.com a half dozen times in the last 2 years. All products have been quality, and the weight is usually more than advertised. I’ve order a variety of beans, sprouts, herbs, coconut aminos, molasses, and more. The only problem I’ve had is with the liquid containers. They can get sticky around the edges. Being they are plastic, I usually transfer to glass bottles or jars. This is a great online store to purchase foods for long-term prepping.

Every single pack of product that I have received from them had 30g less of weight than claimed on the package. That’s exactly 7% of cost. This is deception. Rip off. Will never buy again from this company
