This company is a scam! I ordered peanuts and walnuts from them. They sent me an email that it was being shipped but I never got it. I called and emailed and they said they were shipping it and sent me a shipping link. Shipping link said it was started but never out for delivery. Now I can't even find their website anymore. I then disputed with my credit card company. They investigated and the company had the nerve to argue with them and showed them shipping information. Total scam and now I am out $30. I thought maybe it got stollen, NEVER have had a package stolen. Now after reading all these reports of similar conduct I see that it was a scam and fraud to my credit card company. I am not going to let this sit. My credit card company is my next call. Do not buy or engage...

I really wanted the products, but at over two weeks later they just would not send them. I would have been completely content with a partial order and an email of explanation, but nothing. I emailed them several times and they WOULD NOT RESPOND. And every time I sent an email checking on the order status, they would do something like make a shipping label for USPS and leave it sitting there with no updates, don't ship it, don't fulfill the order, nothing! And on top of that, you have to download an app to track it! How do you do business like that? I've canceled the order and am waiting for the refund. I've filed a dispute with the bank in the hopes of getting my $71 back. Fingers crossed....

I'm usually good at sniffing out shady sites, but these jerks fooled me. On 5/15 I ordered $99 of crystallized ginger from Bulkeez online, with advertised 2-3 day free shipping. They charged my credit card immediately. 5/22, I emailed asking if something was wrong, because my order hadn't shipped. 5/25, they replied, saying: "Order #7816 was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has not yet been refunded." 6/3, I emailed them again demanding my money be refunded and have been ignored. So much for trying to support a small business; they've done nothing at this point but steal my money, waste my time, and give me a headache.

My first time ordering from this company was 4/29/25. I ordered 4 items. Fifteen days later my package arrived with only 3 of the items I had ordered. No invoice or explanation. I was charged for all 4 items. I called the phone number listed under refunds and returns only to get an "invalid number" message. I sent an email also and have heard nothing.

Site pas fiable. Voleur.

Command more than 3 weeks ago, Bulkeez took my money but I never got my command (55€ for cardamome!!!!)
No answer at all : mails++ phone++: nobody, nothing !!!Shocking , awful: I never met such a site

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing from this company! I received highly damaged boxes with the part of the order I did receive, damaged bags, holes and torn bags, and several large bulk items I paid for and did not receive!!! The company said I had to pay to return the damaged items myself since I’m unable to use the damaged goods. The damaged bags and goods should be replaced or refunded!! I’ve never had an order and not receive several large bulk items paid for and so many damaged items!!

I'm so glad I found Bulkeez! Their dried fruits are absolutly delish and I can feel the quality in every bite. Also, the website is eazy to navigate. I made a mistake with my order n they fixed it without any fuss. 😊 Wish I had found them sooner! Defo recomending to all my freinds.

Great product and service I ordered on Sept 2nd and received my order on the 4th I didn’t choose the express delivery.

Horrible company. They take your money and leave out items in your order if out of stock without notifying you or issuing a refund. They also short change you on amounts ordered. Customer service is non-existent. If you call you only get a voicemail and emails go unanswered, To top it off the products are mediocre at best. Complete SCAM

I ordered $168.00 worth of Bulkeez products. I only received 4 out of 6 products the 2 products missing being the most expensive totaling $94. I have left emails with no response. I have called many times a just get a answering service that states the mailbox is full and disconnects the call. The online chat dosen't even give a response! The packaging was a Evian water box cut down with a package weight of 10.4 LBS My order was over 20 LBS. I've contacted Paypal for a refund and contacted the BBB. Worst company I've ever delt with!!

First time I bought on 11/27 and received on 11/30 second order on 12/08 and received on 12/11. The product are really fresh. I used to buy organic dried fruits on Amazon but the quality was always so so not as fresh. I am really happy with bulkeez so far.

Payment taken, service not given, bad comment in judge.me was remouved.

I purchased several items on may 5th, and the order arrived just in time. The quality of the dried fruits I ordered are fresh. Will definitely order again!

Don't order from this company. They filter out all the 1-star and 2-star reviews on their review platform. They also take orders and don't ship them. Orders are a month old and they've done nothing. Don't waste your time or money.

UPDATE: After my interaction with their chat customer support and I posted this review, the company has proceeded to troll my company by sending messages to our customer support and posting fake reviews online. Instead of helping a frustrated customer who had spent $610 with their store, they trolled that customer online. I can't stress enough...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

UPDATE: This company continues to troll my company months after I reached out through their chat support to complain about the level of service I was getting. They have gone so far as to place an order with my company and then file a fraudulent chargeback…using the Bulkeez PayPal account. We know who is behind it, we have the name, IP addresses and physical addresses. I can’t stress enough, do not do business with this company.
