This is the best almond butter Money can buy. I’ve gotten my girlfriend addicted as well.

Sometimes I have issues getting the company to respond to my inquiries, but this particular issue someone did respond and look into the situation and correct my subscription.

As far as the product, I do wish it was less oily and runny. I got a good batch before this batch where my hazelnut butter was solid with a strong cacao flavor at room temperature. I tried to reorder three weeks later hoping for the same batch, but unfortunately I got the normally runny oily batch. This may be great for drizzling on ice cream, but how much ice cream does one person even eat? I did write to them in the past asking for less oily nut butters and even low-sugar versions of their products, which is one situation where I did not get a reply.

I think the pricing might be grandfathered in if you are a long-time subscriber, so that is a nice perk.

Timing to ship always takes too long

I just LOVE this Cashew Cardamom Almond butter. There was a delay due to supply issues, and they responded in a timely fashion. Once it finally came in, they upgraded the shipping so I wouldn’t have to wait longer. Their customer service is always top notch. And the products are always of the highest wuakity.

This is the best almond butter I’ve ever had. To be honest it’s quite an addiction for my family. Keep up the great work. There was a slight delay in delivery, but that’s OK!

One of the worst customer service experiences. And they take forever to deliver an order, and then they send an incomplete order, with missing products.

I have ordered twice from this company and both times the shipping (which is shockingly expensive) took weeks. Customer service is essentially nonexistent. After my first awful experience I chalked it up to a fluke and gave them another chance because the gift recipient so enjoyed the nut butter. However, I am again left wondering where my gift is nearly 3 weeks after my order. As of yet I’ve received no response to my customer service inquiry. It’s nearly 2026, I genuinely don’t understand why this company thinks it’s a good practice to lie to customers about normative delivery times and provide ineffectual customer service. They should be able to do better and despite the extent to which my recipient likes the product I can’t support this company with another order.

I love JEM products! They forgot one of my nut butters. So I had to reach out for them to resend but if not for that I'd give 5 stars!

My kids won’t eat any other nut butter spead except for Jem’s organic hazelnut spread. It’s so good and they don’t gain weight unlike Nutella and other processed chocolate spreads. And the taste!!!, Absolutely delicious !!!
