This is a very bad company! Find another service company!
This is the worst company I have dealt with in my 65 years on Earth! Their own website grays out the submit button for a one star review! You will not have a good experience with this company that takes your money up front before the service call...think about that! There's a good reason for that...for their benefit...not yours!
Terrible Service From Incompetent People
So bad it makes you wonder why KitchenAid would use these people. My dishwasher never worked. KitchenAid sent Goodman to fix it. Three visits later no resolution and one million excuses. Ordered the wrong part twice. Called now as the technician stood us up earlier today. Abagail in the Philippines said we were sent a text rescheduling for January 6 which is an outright lie. Now waiting 25 minutes and counting for Rose the manager to come on the line. Do not ever use Goodman.

Washer has been needing a pert for over two months. They closed the ticket because the tech quit/got fired, I don't care which. So they closed my ticket instead of giving it to another tech. I was on the phone with a woman who was not much help at all. She hung up after putting me on hold twice. Second time I asked to speak to a manager. There is no reason that I need to keep following up with you when the service is in your hands. This makes the 3rd time I have called Goodman. I do not recommend them! I do not want them back in my house! Wife said he came back out with wrong parts the second time. Incompetence is running rapid lately in America! This company has proven that with no communication, lack luster customer service and the fact she wanted me to just go back to Lowes and start the process over so they could get another ticket started. The LAST ONE SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN CLOSED! The work is not complete. Never use Goodman Home Solutions!
