I am giving one star because it is not allowing me to write without it but if I could I would simply give cero star, because they offer such a bad service that it is incredible amazing. They sent text message saying their are on their way when they are actually at your home, cancel the appointment without any explanations, never give you a call with at least one hour in advance for you to go to your house, and also it is very difficult to communicate with them but the thing is that all Whirpool products insurance companies are the same, so the smartest decision would be not to buy this type of products this is my best advice.
Maytag factory warranty techs
These guys are the factory repair company for maytag. They do not show up, cancel appointments without calling, and it takes hours to get through on the phone. After a long delay of ordering the wrong parts and making me wait for them to arrive to actually diagnose it, they just made it worse. for a minor squeak they replaced the belt and clutch and it now grinds and squeals. They won't come back out and fix their mistake without another service call from Maytag.
Break your stuff then leave you hanging
Worth noting we left a review on their website which is not appearing as they select which reviews they show which is the only way they have 4.9 stars on their website. We had GHS out on a warranty through Home Depot. They were able to come out the next day which we thought was awesome. The technician showed up, worked on the washer and left letting us know he tested it and everything was good. As we had a trip planned we started laundry within the hour and the washer would not function at all. I called GHS and was informed the tech was off for the afternoon and they would need to get us on the schedule for the next available appointment which they then informed me was not for 10 days! It is very important to note that our washer worked before the technician arrived.
Goodman did exactly what they said they would!
My technician Hector from Kissimmee Florida was on time, followed up, and solved my issue, and honored my extended warranty plan that I purchased from Appliance Direct in Titusville!
Terrible Service!!
One of the poorest experiences from a service provider. One star it’s a lot. Long waiting time to provide service, In addition to rude and disrespectful technicians. I’m not a fan of living reviews, But I feel responsible to share such a bad experience with the rest of potential clients so they are aware. Do not book service with this company at all, you can thank me later.

They do not show up for appointments. They do not answer their phones. They do not check voicemails, or they simply ignore them and never return calls. They are the worst of the worst.
Save yourself and use someone else
I was connected to Goodman Home Solutions through The Home Depot warranty department. I was impressed that they were able to get a technician out the next day. I was given a timeframe of 8-1. At 12:20 I called as I had not heard from anyone and I had to leave at 1:30. About 20 minutes later the tech arrived, looked at the washer and said he needed to order valve. The part arrived the following Tuesday. I called on Thursday to ask when they would be back and they said we already had an appt for Friday 8-1 again. Perfect! The tech showed up today, replaced the part, said he ran the washer and everything was good and left. At 2 we attempted to do a load of laundry and received an error code. I called the number at 2:16 to let them know we needed someone to come back and was told she would call him. 3:05 she returned my call and said that the tech was off for the afternoon and they would need to schedule me. The next available appointment was February 3, 10 days from now!!!!! My washer was at least in working condition before they arrived! Do not use them! They will leave you hanging and they do not care at all.

Horrible company
Horrible company. Our kitchen aid cooktop needed a repair and was confirmed twice it was under warranty by kitchen aid yet this company twice called me the day of the appointment to tell me that warranty has expired. Steer clear of this company
Broken Service Processes
After calling Kitchenaid to have my 2-year-old microwave repaired, they scheduled me for service through Goodman with an appointment in three days, but they indicated that Goodman would call me the following day to set an arrival time. I didn't receive a call from Goodman the following day but received their ringless voicemail message two days later saying that I was scheduled for service in two weeks. I immediately called them back but was sent to VM where I left a message asking them to call me concerning my scheduled service appointment. After waiting a week for a response from Goodman, I called them again to cancel my service appointment. When I explained why I was cancelling the appointment, the Goodman service rep argued like it was my fault that Kitchenaid quoted me a service date two weeks earlier than Goodman could support. Obviously, Goodman's service support process is broken as they should have at least promptly returned my call.
There are plenty of appliance repair providers out there, so don't choose to go with one that is consistently rate less than 2 stars.
Our Brand New KitchenAid Dishwasher Came with a Broken Part, but the Repair Technician Falsely Blamed Us and Denied Warranty Coverage
We had the worst experience ever with a technician visit to fix our new purchased KitchenAid Dishwasher.
Timeline of Events
25th November 2024: Dishwasher delivered
2nd December 2024: Dishwasher installed and faulty middle rack discovered
3rd December 2024: Service call placed and service scheduled
10th December 2024: Technician's first visit
19th December 2024: Scheduled follow-up visit (technician called and canceled)
Issues with Service
Misrepresentation of Facts: The technician's report stating that the damage was due to "Customer putting too much load on the middle rack that overload the rack" is entirely false. This conversation never took place during his brief 5-minute visit on 10th December.
Impossible Timeline: The dishwasher was not used between shipped day and the service call. It's impossible for us to have overloaded the rack as claimed.
Lack of Proper Inspection: The technician failed to conduct a thorough examination to determine the cause of the damage.
Breach of Verbal Agreement: The technician initially agreed to order parts and replace the broken roller under warranty, but has now reneged on this commitment.
Poor Communication: We were informed of the warranty denial only when the technician called on his follow-up appointment day, rather than being notified promptly after his initial visit.
Request for Resolution
We have documented evidence, including dates, pictures, and text messages, to support our account of events.
We hope that Goodman can:
Review the technician's report and our evidence.
Honor the original agreement and replace the faulty parts at no cost to us.
Provide an explanation for the discrepancy between the technician's verbal agreement and his subsequent report.
Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. I was scheduled for service through a 3rd party warranty. They were unable to schedule me in a timely basis, and when I tried to cancel they were rude and inconsiderate. One rep hung up on me after I was on hold for 13 minutes. DO NOT USE this company if you can help it.
Stay away from this business!
I am extremely disappointed with Goodman Home Solution repair services. My washer, which makes loud, violent noises during the spin cycle and has a broken door, has been unusable for over two months due to their inefficiency. Despite multiple technician visits, the door was replaced, but the noise issue was never addressed. I don’t understand what kind of technicians work in this business, as they demonstrate significant inefficiency in performing their job.
The first appointment the technician didn’t show up, the second appointment their technician stayed only two minutes and he failed to inspect the washer at all, and there was constant miscommunication about missing parts and appointment times. I had to repeatedly explain the issue to customer service, wasting hours of my time.
Goodman Home Solution lack of professionalism and poor service have left me with an unresolved problem and no functional washer. I don’t understand how this type of business is allowed to continue operating. It’s clear they deceive their customers!

Company does not show up when they are supposed to. Had an appointment scheduled for 1 week ago. They called and canceled that and scheduled it for one week out. Night before they called and canceled again said they would be another week. Do not use these people unless you want to wait indefinitely for service. Not recommended
We purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator…
We purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from Home Depot. One of the cooling fans had an intermittent noise that didn't sound correct. A technician came out and was supposed to call prior but did not. He came in for ten minutes and said they are normally noisy. I had recorded sound bytes for him to listen to on my phone. He said he was going to the van to look up any possible notes on my unit. 15 min later, he just took off with no goodbye, no answers, nothing. We called the company back and the lady said she's contact the tech and call us back. This never happened. Very poor customer service!

I had a great interactions with Goodman Home solutions. I bought the Lowe’s extended warranty on my Samsung and my upper ice maker stopped working. Goodman came out, diagnosed, and ordered the part. There was great communication at every step from appointment scheduling, part status, and follow-up repair.
I purchased a Whirlpool
I purchased a Whirlpool, side-by-side refrigerator through Costco and after installation, I noticed a small water leak in a quick connect that provides water to the door dispenser. I called Costco warranty center and they set up an appointment to have Goodman Home Solutions (GHS) come out and examine/fix the leak. Costco stated that since the refrigerator was new (2 days old), repairs would be free of charge. I then received a text from GHS stating that I would need to prepay $124.95 just to have them come and diagnose the problem. I then called Whirlpool warranty and after an extended time on hold, Whirlpool stated that they were unable to speak with anyone at GHS who was able to assist them. Either GHS are totally incompetent or deliberately does not honor contract warranty repairs.

I have a warranty with Lowe’s and they have a warranty that they work with contractors outside of Lowe’s to come and repair appliances. The guy that showed up to my house didn’t seem very knowledgeable. He also said that my stove was one of the worst those to purchase I kinda ignore the comment just because I need one of the burners to be fixed on the stove and he asked did you know that? He said didn’t the sales person mention that to you? My response was why would a sales person tell me this second of all I’ve owned the stove for sometime so wear and tear is going to possibly happen. I understood after watching him. He either was new or he just really didn’t know what he was doing. I left it alone and he calls me and tells me that the part is going to take 30 days to six weeks and when it’s delivered, they will come and install it. It’s been three weeks and I have had no update. I contacted Lowe’s and they said the claim was closed. I had to open a new claim and requested for them to send me this contractor.
Scheduled through Whirlpool warranty…
Scheduled through Whirlpool warranty dept on Friday for a Monday appt, no show. Called back Monday afternoon, they claim they never received the appt. and set a Tues appt. Goodman then sent a text asking for a $125 fee and then another text for a Wed appt. Called them AGAIN and they said they don't assign appts, they have to provide them. Cancelled and called for a different company all together.

Normally don't post bad reviews but feel compelled to warn people away from using them. Not sure why whirpool would use them- and whirpool when I let them know the situation could also care less. My washer broke on the combo unit. The customer service is terrible- started with a missed service call date. Finally showed tech has to evaluate, then come back for repair. Tried to do load of wash as soon as he left- unit still broke. Called them right back, had to leave message. Emailed them a picture to show was still broke. After no response and multiple calls, leaving messages I finally got ahold of someone, a mumbled sorry and then I was told to call whirlpool as the ticket was closed. After a 40 min fight they scheduled to come back out. Tech was super nice but had no idea why the washer wasn't working, said he'd tell whirpool it was unfixable and get back to me. GHS then scheduled me a return visit without consulting me- I was out of country- took multiple calls and email/texts to reschedule. Rcvd confirmation rescheduled. However tech still came, tech had no idea what issue was, said he had no one to call to find out. Tech also threw in a load of clothes which ruined them as he didn't do anything to unit to fix. No one at GHS has record of the tech coming but I rcvd email confirmation that he had been to my home. If a part is backordered they won't order the rest of the needed parts till the BO one arrives- further delaying service. It keeps going on like that, no one at GHS knows what's going on- records, dates are wrong, parts and scheduling are a mess, and communication is auto sent emails. Customer service is a oops sorry and that's it. I've asked for call backs and to speak with managers and only today has it actually happened after 3 different requests over 5 weeks.
