Andy was great as I’d become very anxious after being refused a new lease from my terrible previous company (Vanarama/Auto Trader), despite a good credit score and a business that just had its best year since 2007! But my anxiety after applying with global was short lived (on a Friday afternoon, which made my weekend much better).

Andy kept in touch at all steps by phone and email, whereas the previous company kept silent and just waited for me to call them!!

Hopefully the van will go as good as the sign up and communication did. But so far so good.

Andy has been thorough from start to finish with my urgent requirement, finding not only the vehicles specified, but presenting a number of payment options within an extremely short timeframe. Updates have been provided at each stage making sure we could meet our deadline to start the new contract without any delays. Fantastic service, and highly recommended!

The sales side is great but when it comes to getting the vehicle delivered the service becomes shocking bad.
Failed to deliver the vehicle on the date assigned, then suddenly when your chasing them for a delivery time/date they go dark. Promises to return calls never materialise ..... AVOID

Global Vans / Gavin Sloan dealt with my enquiry very swiftly from the inintial enquiry , within minutes i was contacted and thorugh the lease enquiry nothing was too much trouble for Gavin to provide detailed information taylored to our lease needs.
Global Vans were the second choice after we did find a very slightly cheaper supplier but after a very poor first consulation with the first supplier i did not get a professional service so i reverted back to Global Vans/ Gavin who were again execptional in the first enquiry with them.
The whole process has been smoth and very efficient - Global Vans might not be the cheapest by just a few punds but you most definitley are kept well informed and the lease processs is flwaless. Great Service from start to finish - we are now arranging another van with them !!
