It's been 24 days there is still no information about when the van will be delivered. They changed the registration number of the vehicle. Thank God I didn't get the first one insured. The delay cost me an extra three weeks of van hire, an international flight postpone, and late-delivered products. (Edited: I got the delivery date for next week. I received a call for an apology. I've been told that the delay is caused by Volkswagen. Yet, it doesn't change my experience.)
