Shocking Customer Service, Personally i would avoid them
When my van broke down, I spent a couple of hours researching van leasing and because of good reviews I decided to go with Global Vans. This was a big mistake. They are very keen and happy to speak to you and quote, but are also very keen to get money off you quickly. I paid the road tax and deposit with a couple of days and signed the lease agreement. The van delivery was arranged for 2 1/2 weeks after this, after I received a phone call giving me just over a week's notice. All was going well until they decided they needed a new lease agreement signing and the vehicle would not be delivered the next day as agreed. They said they had tried calling me but I had no missed calls. This caused absolute chaos as I had jobs booked in for the following week. Needless to say I didn't sign the new agreement, I had had enough. It was cancelled because of a mistake on their part, nothing to do with me. After that I found that they would only answer the phone if I called on my wife's phone. It just rang out if I called on mine, and they didn't reply to emails. I had numerous people involved to start when all was going well but then nobody was interested once I decided enough was enough and wanted my money back. They didn't have a leg to stand on because they had cancelled the agreement but it will took me numerous phone calls (from my wife's phone) and emails to the manager before I finally got a call back saying I would receive a full refund. This again took a while to get back but once I was contacted by Stacey I received a full refund and we had numerous emails over the two days ensuring everything was being sorted. She was the most professional member of staff at Global Vans and was very helpful even with the deposit refund that was not her job.
I am now in the process of leasing from a local company which in hindsight I should have approached initially. I would never recommend Global Vans.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Global Brands, which I believe has fallen significantly below acceptable commercial standards.
At the point of sale, I was expressly informed that the vehicle I agreed to purchase was in stock and available for immediate dispatch, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 10–14 days. This representation was a key factor in my decision to proceed.
However, more than six weeks later, I have neither received the vehicle nor been provided with any confirmed or reliable delivery date.
Throughout this period, I have encountered inconsistent and contradictory explanations for the delay, including (but not limited to) backlog issues, the absence of a completed PDI check, uninstall ply lining, and most recently, the vehicle being subject to a recall. These explanations directly contradict the original representation that the vehicle was ready for dispatch at the time of sale.
I have also experienced a lack of proactive communication, having been required to repeatedly chase for updates. Information has not been provided transparently or voluntarily, and each contact has resulted in further uncertainty rather than clarity.
It is particularly concerning that the company now seeks to position these issues as being outside of their responsibility, despite the initial assurances given. I also feel that I was placed under undue pressure to enter into an agreement based on information that appears, in hindsight, to have been materially inaccurate.
The offer of £300 in compensation, in the absence of any confirmed delivery timeframe and in light of the scale of the delay, is wholly inadequate and does not address the underlying issue.
In summary, my experience has been characterised by misrepresentation, poor communication, and a failure to deliver on agreed terms. I would advise prospective customers to exercise caution and to seek written confirmation of any claims regarding stock availability and delivery commitments before proceeding.

Non delivery
Purchase agreed on 13th January given a 2-3 week deadline for delivery. 8 weeks later told delivery would take place on 13 March, didn’t arrive. Contacting for an answer still no nearer a delivery date. This vehicle is crucial to our farm shop. Just given the run around.
