Justin was brilliant all the way through the process, even to the point of getting me a little bit back when a very minor issue occurred with the manufacturer sending the wrong number plate with the van, not something I asked for but went out his way to make sure I was fully satisfied! 10/10

After explaining I needed a van quickly we were promised a van in 3-4 weeks in mid June Now after placing order with deposit and not being allowed to cancel the order without massive fees it’s looking more like over 8 weeks. Total shambles. Avoid these brokers and just go to a main dealer. They are at the mercy of the dealers and last in the queue of priority!!! Disgusted with them
