Great products and services
Having searched the internet for glasses I found the ones I wanted in Glencairn website. They are lovely quality glasses at a reasonable price. They were delivered promptly and well packaged.
I am looking forward to sharing my son-in-law’s whisky from them as promised.
I would recommend Glencairn and will happily order from them again

The process was fast and clear
The process was fast, including the purchase and delivery. A note I have: a few days after the purchase, a 30 percent discount sale started, and I had no clue about it, so I paid much more than I could have paid a week later, and for me it was frustrating.

Initial enquiry was to find a local retailer
Initial enquiry was to find a local retailer in order to view the Montrose Doublet glasses. Within 2 hours a Business Executive emailed me to inform me that there was not a retailer local but suggested I could view at the Factory Shop. I contracted him to say that I would just go ahead with the purchase and was assured that it would be dealt with very promptly, which it was. It was delivered within a few days and I replied when the crystal arrived to thank him and let him know I was delighted with the purchase and received a very courteous reply.

What I ordered was 1st class and of quality and I think my dad is going to love it at Christmas. My only gripe was the delivery company messing me around and losing 3 days stuck in the house waiting for a no show.
