Lack of communication

I do not feel confident that my messages are being read/tracked. They often go unanswered. The only individual that has consistently answered my call is the building lead. I’ve not personally talked to Amanda since last fall. No answer, no return call. Disappointing.

Amanda and her team have been exceptional in managing my rental property in Baltimore. It’s a huge relief knowing they handle tenant calls promptly and professionally, ensuring everything runs smoothly. I also appreciate that their handyman services are priced very reasonably—especially compared to my past experiences.

Best PadSplit Property Manager!

They are communicative, responsible, and proactive - They say what they're going to do and actually follow-up on it. They address tenant concerns quickly and professionally and handle everything for me soup-to-nuts - even including coordinating furniture delivery, assembling, and room staging for my co-living arrangements. I never want to use any Property Management company other than them in this area!!
