I bought abt 100 glasses from your site but there were a lot abnormal products... over 15%...

Firstly thank you for taking the time to review your experience. As stated on our website, Each glass is individually crafted and as with all handmade pieces, they will vary slightly from piece to piece.
No two can ever be identical and may reveal slight variations. Even by hand, all items are produced within tight tolerances and to the highest industry standards to provide an exceptional experience in crystal appreciation.
Small variations in these cut glasses are the result of traditional, skilled hand craftsmanship, incomparable to mass automatic production. Acceptable examples of these imperfections can be found in the FAQs section of our website. Each glass is checked before it has been dispatched from our warehouse, therefore our team have decided these imperfections are what we would consider acceptable.

Service was good. Communication was perfect. Website needs a lot of improvement. Had to refresh constantly to get it working.

The on site representation of the engraved word was not great. It appeared slightly bigger than the actual engraving.
The delivery while expensive had the glass with me in a few days which considering it was Christmas was very good

Everyone should buy from here.
The glasses arrived undamaged even though the shipping box was beat up a bit. No complaints with the whole process at all. I will buy any additional glasses from Glencairn Crystal all day long and recommend everyone do the same.
