Gledhill always do what they say
Ed Millar turned up on time, carried out the health check and reported back quickly. Everything as expected. Great service. The only comment I have relates to back-office admin. My check-up this year was much later than on previous occasions and whilst I did receive advance notice sent to my address, the person named in the salutation is not me.

The engineer kept us informed of his arrival time and carried out an immediate repair. Fantastic service Gledhill and grateful thanks to all concerned.

I had a problem when the engineer came…
I had a problem when the engineer came for the yearly check up. I told him I had no hot water. He looked at it and fix the problem there and then. So greatfull . I don't know his name, he was very perfesinol and pleasant thank you. Jan Sloan

Amazing Experience with our engineer Vince
Gledhill is a secondary company used by our letting agents. We have had so much trouble with our boiler and water tank for months and months with reoccurring problems. Our engineer this time around, Vince, was the absolute best. He took so much time to really look into the problem, and even scheduled in an extra appointment for the following day. He was upfront and honest with what was going on, took his time to talk to me and explain, and then put so much graft in to get the problem fixed. Couldn’t thank him enough!

First week in apartment and very satisfied customer
First week in apartment and hot water tank not working. Overheard a neighbour saying that she was expecting an engineer to visit next day. I rang Gledhill at 16.40. A very pleasant young woman took the details and transferred me to an equally helpful man who made the arrangements and my problem was solved by lunchtime the next day. Couldn’t ask for better service than that.

Simply unbelievable product and after sales, Stainlesslite unvented
I have a Stainlesslite unvented cylinder, which works excellently. I had a problem, which Gledhill Response (Liam) sorted out immediately and I do mean immediately!
If all companies had this kind of after sales service, life would be wonderful.
I wouldn't buy any other make of cylinder (if I move😁), I've never heard of this level of service anywhere else.
Simply brilliant, thank you very much and a pat on the back for Liam!👍

Thank you wonderful engineer
The Engineer (cannot remember the name) who arrived early to sort my parents problem out, rang me to say he had arrived. He waited until I got there and very efficiently set to work to repair the thermostat problem. He then repaired a seized plug bath problem and advised re a sink difficulty. He was courteous and kind to my aged parents and I cannot fault the work ethic. A huge thank you!

Excellent service
Reported a fault with my shower, received appointment for next morning. Engineer arrived on time, texted before hand. Repaired fault, checked everything working and gave full explanation. Great service all the way.

Unresponsive
This review is for the manufacturing side of the business. I sent an email to both their sales@ and enquiries@ email addresses asking for product information. After three days, having heard nothing back, I sent the same enquiry via their online contact form. Now, eight days after my original enquiries, I still haven't even received an acknowledgement from them. On that basis. I do not recommend this company.
