Model I wanted was not immediately available. However my second choice was in stock. The collection was prompt and corteous.

I was let down by the company I ordered my appliances from the day before I had booked a kitchen fitter to install a new kitchen and all appliances. I went to gillmans and they found everything I needed and delivered the same day for me -amazing service and they were really friendly and willing to help! Definitely recommend!

From start to finish, the service we received was outstanding. John was incredibly helpful, friendly and genuinely cared about supporting our charity, Brody's Trust.
He kindly donated a washing machine to our hub and even came along personally to deliver it and make sure it was installed. Nothing was too much trouble. The team were professional, punctual and went above and beyond to help us.
As with any old building, we ran into a few unexpected electrical issues, but that certainly wasn't their fault! They were patient and helpful throughout.
It's rare to come across a company with such fantastic customer service and a genuine desire to make a difference in the community. We can't thank John and his team enough for their generosity and support.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service from people who truly care.

Delivered on time, two delivery men who were very helpful and friendly.
The fridge- freezer was positioned were I requested and works beautifully compared to the Beko it replaced, the milk will not be going off now.

Not delivered at said time, waiting in all day for it to arrive in the evening. I know you will blame the courier but it’s your responsibility to employ a better company.

Fantastic quick delivery,ordered just after lunch & washing machine was delivered just after 2pm on the same day. Good price too, pleased they could take old washing machine away.

4 stars due to my paying to have wrapping.off cooker taken away and this wasn't done, I did contact gillmans and the money for packaging was paid back to my account..otherwise the whole experience was top.class. would definitely.buy from.them.again and have bought several things.from them

Great local company. Good choice of products. Good availability of delivery dates. Only let down by lack of correspondence about delivery times. An email the day after delivery stating my washing machine was out for delivery wasn't helpful.

Competitive pricing and second to none customer service. A more personal experience shopping at Gillmans. Needed an item urgently this time so ordered online and collected………….brilliant.

The Gillmans website is very easy and user friendly. Communication by email and text during the process was very efficient. The two people that delivered my fridge freezer were very pleasant and efficient.

Recently bought an air conditioning unit from Gillmans, very easy to collect from store the next day (the only place that we could get one over the bank holiday weekend). In store the guys were efficient and loaded the unit into the car for us. Couldn’t have been easier!

We ordered a new oven and gas hob from Gillmans and agreed an installation date - 28 May 2026. Our new SMEG under counter double oven was installed in the morning with the gas hob scheduled for installation in the afternoon. The gas hob installation turned out to be far more complex than expected but Damien and Liam, the two Gillmans engineers were excellent, approaching the challenge with professionalism, patience and technical knowledge throughout. Safety was clearly top priority at every stage of the work. They took the time to carefully assess the situation, explain issues clearly and made sure everything was completed to the highest standard rather than rushing the job. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the installation properly was very reassuring. Both engineers worked brilliantly together to come up with a solution that was safe and effective. The final result was excellent, and everything was left clean, tidy, and fully tested before they finished. There were no qualms about them staying late to ensure the job was done and their concern about any inconvenience caused was appreciated.
I highly recommend Gillmans and really appreciate the genuinely outstanding service from two skilled and conscientious engineers.
