They were not willing to help me there was a little mess on the floor they said it not our job I am an old person 76 with copd I have to do it my self I understand that is not their job but as a human they should consider themselves but it’s ok that it life otherwise they have done a good job kind regards Raman Bhandari

I recently bought a few appliances from London Appliances, and I was very pleased with the whole experience. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, making it easy to choose the right products for my home. The ordering process was straightforward, and everything arrived on time and in excellent condition. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product I received and the handling of my complaint.

Not only was the promised quick delivery not met, but the cooker that was eventually delivered (Tues 7th July) was and is faulty. It has now been two weeks since I received it, it's still in my kitchen and the issue still has not been resolved. Apparently delivery now after 27th July - over three weeks since we received the faulty one!

During this time, I have received little more than a brief apology, and no offer of compensation has been made for the significant inconvenience caused. As a family of five, being without a working cooker for two weeks has had a major impact on our daily lives.

I expected a much higher standard of customer service. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter, along with appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and disruption we have experienced.

If you'd like, I can also make it firmer and more suitable by sending as a formal complaint.

Excellent service from start to finish from London Appliances. Communication was prompt, helpful and clear throughout the whole process. This is the second purchase I have made. I found both the sales advice and the delivery and fitting process to be excellent. Jordon gave me expert advice helping me navigate the products to find the most energy efficient and best value, he took time to explain the best options. Sam and Mark delivered my freezer to my kitchen, unpacked installed all within 30 mins

I strongly advise avoiding London Appliances. Their workmen caused a severe leak while working in the flat above mine, resulting in water pouring through my ceiling and fusing my kitchen electrics.

While mistakes happen, their handling of the aftermath has been unbelievably bad. It took 6 months of chasing and a threat of legal action for them to finally admit liability and agree to cover the repair costs and then they stalled payment for over 6 weeks leaving me out of pocket for the repairs I had paid for.

I urgently needed to replace my fridge before leaving for holiday and genuinely didn't think it could be done. However, London Appliances exceeded every expectation and made what seemed impossible happen.

From my very first phone call, the service was outstanding. The team provided knowledgeable advice and a seamless experience from start to finish. The delivery and installation team arrived later that same day, and their professionalism, expertise, and efficiency were second to none and super friendly.

It's rare to come across a company where every member of the team shares such a positive, can-do attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction. I honestly can't remember receiving service of this calibre in a very long time.

The delivery men did a very good job in installing my fridge/freezer.

And they disposed of the old one.

They kindly switched from right hand to left hand door opening.

Delivered faulty stove - refused to refund! Could not organise remedial repairs, would not respond to emails.

We live on the fifth floor with no lift. Carrying a washing machine up five flights of stairs is a seriously challenging task, but Bilal and Shahab did so willingly and without any complaint and did an efficient and professional job.

Disappoing service

after one year insulation even though their fault clearly they won't help you, for leaking washing machine to repair telling me find the Plummer we are not going help you.
