Wellington’s were exceptional all the way along from going into the store to get information on the electrical goods sold right through to after sales help.
Their knowledge is extremely good and no question is too much for them. When I needed some help with programme settings on our new washing machine all I had to do was call them and they guided me through.
The fitters were courteous and considerate when fitting the appliances and went through any issues with me. I have no hesitation in recommending Wellington’s - they are a breath of fresh air in their level of customer service.
