GILLMAN’S A true family run business established in Gloucester in 1969 by Erika and John Gillman. Annabelle and Robert Gillman, the second generation of the Gillman family are the current owners/directors of the business. Gillman’s operate a large retail showroom in Gloucester, a second retail showroom in Ross-On-Wye and also a brand new commercial showroom in Exeter. We pride ourselves on product knowledge, customer service and being a truly family run independent business employing 85 people as of July 2024. We at Gillman's pride ourselves in being the one stop shop for all commercial and domestic appliances for both sales and service.

Great experience
Free and speedy delivery (not sure if it's free everywhere, but I live close to Gloucester). The drivers lifted it into the final position with no complaints considering the number of steps.
The freezer is up and running and no complaints so far.

Excellent dealing with tiny damageQuick delivery
Quick delivery, careful handling. Even checked over the fridge, as he knew the packaging on this brand can be a problem. The fridge had a tiny dent, he was prepared to take it back, but we chose to keep it despite of it.

100% satisaction
We have been dealing with Gillmans for quite a few years and their service has always been excellent. This time it was a new washing machine. The delivery guys were polite and helpful and made a point of telling me to remove the 4 transit bolts before operation. I might have read the instructions myself on this but who knows?
