I’ve been using Gillette razors since the early 70s and over the years I’ve used different Gillette gel I seen Gillette Labs RAPID FOAMING SHAVE GEL for sale in Tesco half price at £3 instead of £6 at £3 I would give it a go I can honestly say this gel is definitely the best gel Gillette have ever made and at £6 it’s worth the money

bonjour , tous les matins je me rase avec gilette sensor 3 et tous les matins je peste après gilette car lors de mon rasage la lame se défait du rasoir trois a quatre fois ! au prix ou coute les rasoirs et les lames les clients je pense mérite un peu de confort si vous pouviez améliorer la fixation des lames sur le rasoir une avancée serait franchie merci ,,, marc Pouillet

J’ai acheté dans un magasin grande surface Carrefour, le 9 janvier 2025, un rasoir

GilletteLabs dans son emballage au prix de 44.99 €. Dans un premier temps, j’ai été ravi d’avoir fait une affaire, du fait que j’ai pu lire sur une des tranches de l’emballage, que 5 lames étaient incluses. Lorsque je l’ai ouvert “stupeur” UNE SEULE ET UNIQUE LAME à l’intérieur, celle équipant le rasoir ? En colère, j’ai pris contact avec le service client Carrefour, lequel m’a orienté vers vos services. Et là, a commencé une série d’échanges par mail qui me demandera tout d’abord, et ce qu’il a de plus normal, des informations sur l’emballage l’achat etc.…enfin, pour en arriver à la finalité suivante.

Le 21 janvier 2025 à 10 heures 16, votre collaborateur Alex, dédié au suivi du dossier me répondra que je suis dans l’erreur, que j’ai mal interprété la mention écrite sur l'emballage, et que le produit acheté était bien complet.... Donc pour ce qui est des 5 lames, je veux bien, mais moi j’interprète cette présentation comme étant une publicité mensongère, faite pour attirer l’œil et surtout le porte-monnaie du client... Mais à cela s’ajoute les deux lames également manquantes...RIEN SUR LE SUJET. ??

Avant de clôturer le présent, je voudrais mettre “un aparté” réalisé seul avec moi-même, j’ai trouvé la forme employée par l’auteur des écrits dans nos échanges, comme quelque peu MOQUEUR, cher Albert (c’est mon prénom) je ne suis pas “vieux jeu” mais je trouve ce type d’expression déplacé... Surtout quand vous apprenez la forme du geste commercial qui vous est octroyée, le terme employé ci-dessus convient parfaitement... De qui vous moquez-vous en me transmettant, trois bons d’achats d’une valeur individuelle de 7 €uros, mais tenez-vous bien, pour des produits ciblés n‘ayant rien à voir avec les lames que je n’ai jamais eues. .....A valoir sur GILLETTE KING C ou VENUS....Et cerise sur la “gâteau”, refusés chez votre revendeur Carrefour...

C’est honteux, ce type de pratiques... en clair vos venez de perdre un client certes anonyme pour vous, mais j’ai décidé d’aller à la concurrence où je pense le client ne sera pas roi mais, toujours plus respecté que par le groupe P&G. Je ne vous salue pas

I have been caught out for the second time buying a hand razor for £15 which probably costs 50p to make, plus one blade.
The pack clearly states five blades. (Yes, I know they call it Fusion 5; I think it breaches the Trades Descriptions Act). The blades are very lack-lustre now as well.

Ça fait plus de 30 ans que j'utilise Gillette Mach 3 et j'en étais très satisfait. Cependant mon dernier achat de pack de lames me fait penser que Gillette cherche à rendre le Mach 3 obsolète...les lames sont de mauvaise qualité...elle rasent une seule fois et puis sont usées... Ce n'était pas le cas avant.

Jeg ved ikke hvad de har gjort, men jeg har brugt Gillette skrabere i over 30 år og har altid været godt tilfreds med kvaliteten bort set fra at de er lidt dyre men de kunne godt bruges en del gange, de er stadig dyre men kvaliteten er helt i bund, selv deres nyeste serie kan kun lige knap klare 2 barberinger og det er ikke godt nok til den pris. Jeg begynder at søge nyt barbergrej

Been using Gillette Mach blades for decades and the hardness has gone soft , so blade is similar to disposable . Will no longer buy

For many years, I have used Gillette Mach 5 and been extremely satisfied. However, during my recent bulk purchase in Sweden, where I bought around 30 blades, I noticed that the design and quality had significantly deteriorated compared to the old design. After just two shaves, the blades were as dull as they would have been after the 10th shave with the old design.

I wondered if it could be a counterfeit product, so I purchased some from a Danish store, but they had the same design and poor quality. I will switch razors as soon as I finish using the last 7 blades, which means 7 more shaves.

Really disappointing, Gillette.

It's amazing how a product has been my go to for shaving. Insane, but probably will be using their blades forever

Da 7/8 ,mesi le lamette Gilette blue due bilama anziché tagliare rovinano la pelle del viso. Dopo 30 anni dico addio a questa marca.

I bought a new pack of Gillette sensor3 sensitive to take on holiday. I put a new unused razor in my luggage. My first shave with it was terrible!! I would have got a better finish with my penknife. Expect better from this company, how do they sharpen their blades, on a brick? Unfortunately this isn’t my first experience of a poor quality product from these guys. I'll think twice before I buy their products again.

Still no apology for their sexist, man bashing advert all those years ago.
I stopped using their razors and products immediately and know never to fund this company ever again.
Their latest back-to-basics “men are great” style advert they did previously for decades just came on tv…
We haven’t forgotten Gillette. We never will.
Fingers crossed for bigger losses going forward.

The new Gillette mach3 handles have black rubber on them that dissolve in the shower. Absolute rubbish. Why did you change the perfect handle to this?

I bought a Gillette labs to replace my Fusion .
The quality of the blades is very poor. Very few shaves before I need a new blade.
Perhaps spend less on marketing and more on quality control. These blades don’t do the job

Ho acquistato fiducioso il vostro prodotto ma alla terza rasatura le lame non rasavano per nulla . Ho comprato i ricambi ma il risultato è stato il medesimo. Considerato i costi conviene andare a fare la barba nel salone. Prodotto scarsissima qualità da eliminare torno al mio bilama BIC evitate di fare pubblicità e pensate a migliorare sensibilmente la qualità

I recently purchased a Gillette Lab Kit and was disappointed to find that the razor included was damaged. I reached out to the retailer where I bought the product, but they informed me that I would need to contact Gillette directly for a replacement.

As a loyal customer, I am requesting a replacement razor for the defective one in my kit. I trust that Gillette stands behind its products and will resolve this issue promptly.

Premetto: sono un cliente Gillette da sempre e penso che i suoi prodotti sono ottimi. Purtroppo la recensione negativa è riferita a Gillette Skin crema da barba. Prodotto di bassa qualità, per nulla versatile e soprattutto non peemtee che il rasoio faccia il suo lavoro. Infatti, ogni volta devo gettare il rasoio. A questo punto, ho gettato il gel da barba. Dispiace dover recensire negativamente un prodotto Gillette che produce i migliori rasoi.

I have noticed a couple of days ago the new Gillette advert "gentle body and intimate shaving". Showing a man shaving his armpit and intimate shaving implies shaving of pubic hair. I feel offended by the way men are portrayed in that way. Very few men shave their armpits and pubic area, unless they are gay. Portraying men as being gay whereas gay men only represent a very tiny percentage of men in the UK is very abusive and misleading. Not many men will identify with that advert and it is misleading in as much as UK men are assumed to be gay. This can be very detrimental for young people who will identify with that image of men. I would be very grateful for Gillette to care for the overwhelming majority of men and not for a tiny gay minority. Thank you.
