Spent £5 for beard trimmers off Amazon, absolute total garbage and I can’t return them as I’ve obviously opened them. Tore my face to shreds. Straight in the bin.

Ordered some shaving soap x3 bowels not received a week after ordering and they cancelled my order when I emailed them to enquire about my order

I recently purchased a pack of wilkinson sword hydro blades which are blunt I have written a letter outlining my complaints but they have chosen to ignore my letter.
I,for one,cannot afford to waste £15.on rubbish

IT'S VERY LIGHT SO IT DOESN'T STICK TO THE SKIN EVEN WHEN YOU PUT IT ON TWO OR THREE TIMES, SO I'M NOT SURPRISED THAT 84% ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THIS THIS COMPANY . . .

Maybe dont call your blades premium german when temu blades and 3€4packs of basically noname razors besmat your "blades" *if you can even call them that*. I LITERALLY NEEDED 3 BLADES FOR A SEMI (YES SEMI, ITS LAUGHABLE) CLEAN SHAVE WITH MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF MICROCUTS AND SKIN IRRITATION. LITERAL SCAM COMPANY. Wilkinson Sword 6 btw

I bought there 30 pack double edge razor blades X2 so sixty blades as this saved money, the packs quickly arrived but only 2x 20blades forty blades! I have messaged them, they requested 14 days reply as they were busy, and suggested not to email repeatedly as this would put you down the list for being answered. I waited longer than 14 working days, and messaged again, still no reply. I won’t use them again, as the service is terrible, I would have been a regular customer if the service was good

Blunt blades before one shave.
Wow, I have used these razors for quite some time. I find them to be very good, with a sharp, excellent shave. BUT, every now and then, I use for the FIRST shave a blade that is as blunt as hell? WHY?
This isn't a one off.
This happens regularly in a pack of 4 extreme, sensitive blades.
This is not good enough.
I will look elsewhere.

What happened Wilkinson Sword? I used to love your disposable My Intuition Quattro Smooth Sensitive razors but first they started becoming less sharp about 18 months ago and then you changed the design completely (despite the front image still looking the same, so essentially false advertising) - they’re now a cheap, tacky looking razor that is completely useless and causes irritation. Honestly they look like fakes… please revert to your previous, reliable razors.

I ordered 2 hydro 5 complete shave sets on the 3/1/2025 never to receive them. I have wrote several times to Wilkinson sword who have not responded. It’s impossible trying to contact them any other way other than email or help link on their website. I have done these methods several times but nothing. I expect more from such a well know renowned company. I am so disappointed that I can’t get my products or my money back. I feel scammed

absolute rubbish..I have used the hydro 5 for several years and they where good but recently they barely make two shaves then they are blunt , If I run my finger over the blades they actually feel blunt, won't be using them anymore

Been using for years, asked a simple question which required a yes/no answer and got a patronizing answer, don't think blades are as good as they used to be, plenty of other brands out there, thanks Wilkinson.

Now that I have read other reviews, I see I'm in the same predicament. I agree must be a scam site. I have written on 4 occasions. Will have to go to bank now.
Very bad experience, especially over Christmas

Metto una stella perchè di meno non si può. Ho provate le Wilkinson Extreme 3. Pessime, sopratutto considerando il costo. Avendo la pelle delicata, mi sono procurato un paio di tagli, oltre ad una sensazione sgradevolissima sul viso che permane ore dopo la rasatura. Sembra ci sia passata una smerigliatrice. Queste lamette, per le quali ho pagato oltre 5€ la confezione da 6, vanno persino peggio dei bilama usa e getta della Lidl, dove la confezione da 10 costa poco meno di €1,50, circa 15 cent/lama. Siamo ovviamente in entrambi i casi lontani anni luce dal Mach 3 Gillette. Dubito fortemente che acquisterò altri prodotti Wilkinson in futuro.

I shaved my cat's whiskers and now he looks disoriented. Also I cut himself in the process. Bad blades.

Ich habe vor einem Monat einen Rasierer online direkt auf der Webseite bestellt.
Lieferzeit 2-4 Werktage laut Angabe.
Zwei Wochen später habe ich zum ersten Mal den Kundendienst per Mail kontaktiert. Daraufhin noch weitere 2 Male mit bitte um Rückmeldung.

I read that this company has the same owner as Schick, but after using their shaver, I still have itchy legs a week later! Never again.

I had a Shick shaver for 10 years (no jokes) and since it's broken I realised the company has gone.. Stop producing nonsense and return Schick shavers.

Unable to contact them after being informed by the delivery agent Yodel that they have lost/my parcel wasn't in a fit state to be delivered. Was told to contact Wilkinson and have had no response to e-mails sent. Just like everyone else, don't order from here if you don't want to loose your money

Order sent in 8th September, nothing received yet, they are unresponsive to emails, no telephone contact number. I do t know how a company can operate that way in this day and age with such an absence of customer service. And I still haven’t received my order despite them taking the money. So I would not recommend them based on this experience so far. Have given 1 star as there isn’t an option for zero stars.
