Ordered a wig from them and have not received any acknowledgement of order nor any shipping notice. Nothing? Tried to email them at a contact email provided on their website and postmaster could not deliver to this email. Are they scammers. I have my credit card company looking into the matter since they immediately charged my account for the merchandise but will not respond or acknowledge order in any way.

This company is a fraud. It appears it is UK based, which is what I checked, as I do NOT order things from China. Of course it was really a chinese fronted company with no interest in providing the product you requested. You get sent some random item. For me it was clear without opening that it was NOT what I ordered. I had one item, how hard is it to ship that one item correctly. Then they say that we have to pay all shipping back, for their mistake, and it ends up being over 100, for a 35 dollar item. So the scam is that you pay them, they send the wrong thing on purpose, you won't be bothered to return it because it isn't cost effective. And even if you do, you won't get a refund or the correct item. That is how they make their money. DO NOT use this company.

I bought the Boob Platinum wig. Got it three weeks later and it was blonde and yellow with a big black stripe down middle. Tried to contact them to return immediately because they send no return labels. Back and forth 4 - 5 emails they finally sent me an address in China saying they closed their NJ warehouse. To ship a $39.95 wig to China would cost over $ 100.00. I sent back to NJ.Still no credit.

Pourquoi pas zéro étoile possible ? perruque mid length natural wig "platinium as seen on video/extra thick as in picture" sans aucun rapport avec la vidéo Pinterest, couleur uniforme beige jaune et non méchée gris avec racines foncées, raie au milieu et non sur le côté, aucune réponse au mail envoyé, bien sûr, même pas à utiliser pour se déguiser. 50 € à la poubelle. Scandale, fuyez !!!

It is a complete falsehood, all your publications are false and
completely fraudulent.

Totally fake looking, different lengths, different colours – look nothing like the photos... Paid $95 USD for 4 different "Heat Resistant" wigs. Didn't have high expectations, but they look like $12 plastic wigs from the halloween store. Save your money.

Horrible es un total engaño. Nada parecido a lo que prensentan. Su promoción muestra unas pelucas que lucen totalmente naturales que hasta puedes recogerte el pelo en los lados y se ven geniales. Sin embargo la realidad es otra no tiene nada que ver, es un timo!

I made this mistake once just to see what was sent and never again if a wig that looks to good to be true for the price most likely it probably is no wig that looks like that on advertisement is that cheap to purchase there should be something that can be done to block this company from advertising in the United states and scamming innocent people out of there money

More that 60 days and my order haven’t arrived. I emailed, called the postal office, I requested a refund and their inabilities to comunicate properly cannot even help them to give me my money back. This store need to be closed now!

Die Qualität ist schlechter als eine Perücke aus dem Faschingsladen. Die Videos und Bilder haben mit dem gelieferten Produkt nichts zu tun und man hat keine Chance das Produkt zu returnen. Entweder es meldet sich tagelang niemand oder man muss den genauen Mangel beschreiben, Bilder schicken, damit sie den Mangel prüfen um danach mitzuteilen, dass sie fr Mängel die beim Transport entstehen keine Haftung übernehmen. Mit dem Transport hatte der Mangel allerdings nichts zu tun, sondern mit der miesen Qualität und der untragbaren Farbe (Grünstich) .
Finger weg von diesem Horrorprodukt!

Honestly if it could be no stars it would be. Absolutely a bait and switch company. They refuse to honor their return window and say that the difference is a “display” issue on my phone not showing true to color. I bought the rose gold wig it’s a cheap purple and the roots are not dark roots but short hairs that stick out. I also got the blond with the root melt again no roots just short hairs but the wig looks like a gray haired old lady. Horrible company that comes direct from China. Nowhere on their site does it say China. Even the shipping label has a California address. What a scam.

Since you can't give this company 0 stars I had to give them a very undeserved 1. The wigs are awful. Nothing like pictured. cheap. And unwearable. The customer service is near bullying. Rude. And condescending. Even after I asked to cancel my order before shipping they wouldn't. Stay away.

Company is bad news ! Don’t buy it ! Company will not return my items no matter how hard I try! I will post my email thread just to show you what they do to get around it. Bad quality wigs all around. You can not even comment on the website review section. I’m bummed that I didn’t see this website before purchasing. Pictures that they use are from other wig places. Bought an Amazon with much better quality and price.

Oh good one. I see what you guys do, you trick people into buying these bad wigs then do everything to not help. I’ve seen the reviews left by other people stating how you refuse to return the money. Your scam is very good, I applaud your bad company. If I wasn’t a victim I would say it’s quite genius. I’ll stop emailing you now since it’s obvious you will not return my money. I’m mad I can’t leave 0 stars or even -5 because that’s what this company deserves. Their customer service from “Ella Swift” is by far the worst I’ve ever received! I have asked for a return label and refund in 13 emails so far. And “Ella” continuously avoids sending the information I’ve asked for. These wigs are cheaply made, something I’d buy for $5-$10 for Halloween. 140% fullness my ass! These wigs are horribly made, you can see the lining through the “hair” and one of the wigs was sewn incorrectly. I am Extremely Dissatisfied, Disappointed and Irritated 😤 by this company. I ordered four wigs that looked like they were made out of plastic. They are nothing like the ads show this company is a scam all their good reviews are fake. I have no idea how they still in business I will be disputing charge on my card cause they reply late so you can't get your refund. I wouldn't give they wigs away for free they all trash. Waited a month just to throw them away!!!!

I purchased 4 wigs from Debrawig and they took forever to get here! I chalked that up to the covid thing happening now. The 4 wigs were not remotely close to what the pictures showed! They are very cheap costume wigs and nothing even close to the pictures! These people are scammers and it cost me, with shipping $92.60, to learn that there are rotten people in the world who can't make a living the honest way so they have to cheat and scam people! The only place these wigs belong is in the trash!
