Ordered these patches arrived after some time, had subscription set up took second payment before even receiving 1 set of patches, cancelled subscription second payment was taken 21-12-2025 dispatched for 05-01-2026 have never received the second set of patches. Emailed them chasing order but get the same Generic email reply ended up getting refunded from my bank. Wouldn’t order from them again, look elsewhere for this product as this company just takes so long and the customer service is terrible.

I’ve been using these patches for 4 months. When I first started I did have a headache every day, which is one of the side effects, for I thought maybe they worked. I have lost weight but I think it’s a psychological thing about having the patch on my arm. I want to quit and cancel my subscription but I can’t get a hold of this company! Does anyone have advice on how to cancel? Thanks in advance!

No answer to their fake address and email contact information.

Charged my card and can't get an update after several attempts to contact them. Fake website! Do not waste your time or money!!!

Absolute shambles of a company. Set up subscription without consent then ignore all emails to cancel. I’ve had to go through my bank to get refund. Also the products don’t work. SCAM!

I agree with all the reviews trying to give it a ZERO. This company is a total fraud and scam. I’m convinced the patches are just band-aids. They do NOTHING. Furthermore, their “customer service” is a joke. It’s non-existent. They ignore you, ignore you, ignore you. I am putting them on blast until they get shut down. Nothing is regulated either.

DO NOT ORDER! I ordered....then cancelled because I read the reviews. Yes, I should have read before I ordered. They refused to cancel, refused to refund. Now they made my order a subscription, charged me again. I emailed again(6 hours after I received email) to cancel and refund. They tell me no refunds after 5 hours.....I have sent several emails to cancel subscription...no response to these email. This is a SCAM!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT....DO NOT ORDER!!

Would give 0 if I could. Absolute scam!! Order never arrived after nearly 4 weeks, so requested a refund. Got replies saying to send the product back for a refund .... how can I send something back that never came! After back and forth having the same argument I have ended up reporting to the bank as fraud who are trying to get the money back for me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

This product is a scam. It is advertised as GLP-1 patches, yet GLP-1 agonists are a class of medications that mimic its effects of natural GLP-1 hormones. This product does not contain any GLP-1 agonists. Furthermore, when you cancel the recurring order, immediately upon receiving the email that it is being processed (and you have 5 hours to cancel) - I cancelled immediately they still refuse to refund the money collected.

DO NOT under any circumstances purchase this product - if you want to waste £20 go throw it in the rubbish bin. Sadly this site does not allow you to give 0 Stars, because that is exactly what this product, the company's customer service etc is worth

Any advice on how to cancel? They won’t respond to emails , I can’t change on the subscription and keep receiving packages?

SCAM!!!!! I would give a 0 rating if I could, tried the patches for a month (bought 5 month worth) they haven't changed anything for me, still bloated, haven't lost weight, they dont suppress your appetite they have just ripped me off! They said if unhappy you can send back then say its more expensive than the product plus a 14 day period since buying but contradicts itself on the website, took forever to come, product burnt my skin and customer service is diabolical will not order from them again!!!!

Scam and charged me unsolicited / unauthorised and made future orders and then ghosted me when I wanted to cancel this unexpected charge and are still ghosting me

If i could give a zero i would regarding their customer service. I have sent at least 10 emails asking them to cancel my subscription, I have had emails saying "i don't deal with subscriptions" even though i am emailing the address they provide but not one person has replied confirming it has been cancelled, absolutely rude!!!

Received patches later than I thought, but good service so far.
