Mai più Wilkinson
Il resto dei rasoi Wilkinson ne ho buttati nella spazzatura
Sono molto più meglio i rasoi cinesi che Wilkinson

Inutilizzabili già dopo la prima rasatura.
Ho preferito buttarle perché sulla mia pelle ha prodotto tagli e irritazioni.

I bought the intuition shaver and four blades. It has taken some of the skin off my legs and left numerous scabs and scars all over lower legs. I choose this as I am disabled and thought it would be easier for me. Never again. I have contacted customer service so I will see if they respond.phots available

Having read the previous reviews I think I can kiss good by to my money. I paid for a pack of blades which never arrived. I contacted the customer service department and was told that they had been delivered but offered no proof of delivery. Since then I have sent numerous emails and only receive the automated reply, I can't believe that in these days of customer service they treat their customers with such disrespect. I haven't lost a great deal of money, but that's not the point. To anyone thinking of purchasing direct from the website, don't bother, you won't receive the order and you can kiss goodbye to your money.

I placed an order on the Wilkinson Sword website on Sunday, 14th July, but have not received the goods.
I did ask for the 20% discount to be applied to the sale retrospectively, which it was and I am grateful for.
However I really do think I should have received notification that the goods have been dispatched, but I haven't.
I have sent a number of emails since, however, have only received the auto response email, and no replies regarding this matter.
Please look into this.
If I don't receive a response by Sunday, 28th July, I will contact my card issuer and request a Charge Back for non-receipt of ordered goods.

I placed an order 14/06/24 to the value of £22.00, this exceeded the £20.00 required to have free p&p.
As it was my first order I was entitled to a 20% discount, a good offer so I thought, but when I got to the check out there was a £2.99 charge for p&p.
I immediately queried this with Wilkinson Sword on the contact us form, the reply I received, 17/06/24, said my query had been passed to the relevant department and I would be contacted shortly.
One week later, 24/06/24, having not received a reply I emailed again and got the same response - it's been passed to the relevant department.
Two weeks later, 01/07/24, I emailed again and got the same reply on 04/07/24, but with an apology.
14/07/24 - One month after my initial query with Wilkinson Sword and still no reply from the 'relevant department'.
By this time I am beginning to wonder if there is actually a 'RELEVANT DEPARTMENT'.
I email again, this time to raise a complaint, I get a reply two days later - "I apologise that you haven't had a response as yet and we have escalated this to the 'RELEVANT DEPARTMENT' for you".
16/07/24 - I receive a response I assume is from the elusive 'RELEVANT DEPARTMENT', I cannot be sure as all of the replies are anonymous.
The curt reply - "With regards to your message the p&p is £2.99 irrespective of the voucher"
The Wilkinson Sword website clearly states - "Thank you for signing up! Your reward is that you'll get an EXTRA 20% off all of our products.
Make sure to use it on our best sellers below! GET AN EXTRA 20% OFF YOUR FIRST ORDER.
It also states "FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER £20"
My order amounted to £22.00, this exceeds the £20.00 for free p&p.
The 20% discount is the equivalent of a voucher, in this case worth £4.40,
So regardless of Wilkinson Sword offering me the 'voucher', my initial order still exceeded the £20.00 required for free p&p
The customer service department, or should I call it the 'RELEVANT DEPARTMENT', is nothing more than an IRRELEVANT DEPARTMENT as regards to customer care.
Needless to say, Wilkinson Sword have lost my 20+ years of loyal custom, I will now purchase my shaving supplies from Gillette or one of the other shaving supply companies.

I ordered two razors with eight blades each (16 in total). I received the two razors, but with only eight blades, so eight blades short. I have used every channel I can find to complain and try and resolve the issue, but the only response I have had was from their "Zen Desk" which said that my email had been passed to the relevant department. I have now been trying to contact them since 28/06/24 with no success. The only phone number I can find is 01494 216894 is never answered. The company owe me products or a refund, but I have no idea how to achieve this. This is no service, not just extremely poor service.

Getting bad after two or three shaves! Not quite economical. Must try another, Gillette, for instance. Wilkinson Sword is too bad!

I have used Gillette razors for years one day I bought wilkinson sword best shave I ever had I will always buy them I don't care what people say I believe in quality very impress

IT's a terrible razor the worst razor ever,
I have ever had in over 50 years I am going back Gillette razors ,
it's blunt in a few strokes and very awkward loading a blade infact useless

Hi provato per la prima volta le lamette Wilkinson, Extra Essential 3 pacchetto da 6, promesse 42 rasature quindi 7 rasature a lametta, gia' alla terza le lame non tagliano piu' e mi hanno irritato la pelle, veramente di pessima qualita', solitamente uso le Gilette e ci faccio veramente 6 rasature a lametta come promesso. Per quello che costano queste wilkinson conviene prendere le usa e getta di qualsiasi marca anche cinese, a discapito del pianeta sicuramente ma spenderei la meta'. Non consigliate, veramente di pessima qualita'

Excellent customer service received from Liz in guiding me to the particular razor that meet my needs but also offering solutions. She went out of her way to ensure that my experience was seamless.

Razors and replacements are of excellent quality whilst being smooth and a really enjoyable shave. The product I got was Intuition Complete

can't get hold of them by phone on reporting a problem with a tool from them

Placed order on 31/12/22 for double edge safety razor blades along with shaving cream. Items still not received, 2 emails sent with no response. Tried using customer service telephone number but only option is to leave a message. Very poor service & will not be using them again. Paid for items on creditcard so will request refund

I made a purchase on Dec 25th, on the website the order is not 'fulfilled' yet almost a month afterwards. I've tried to contact them through email, instagram, and the contact form on their website - no answer at all.

I don't know what else to do, at this point I just want my money back. I don't want the razor anymore and I won't ever do business with them again.

Following my contact with trust pilot I have received emails telling me I cannot have a replacement for my broken nail clippers because they cannot do it !! I have asked for a refund but have had no response. This is not Following trading guidance. My experiences have been very bad with this firm and shall avoid them in the future when I have a refund sent .
