I have never used a DE safety razor. Did my research and settled on this one. I will never look back. Best shave I have had in my life. Cartridges are a travesty for your skin.

I decided to purchase a Pure Matte Stainless Steel Rocca primarily because of its beautiful appearance. I knew it would be a quality razor because the R41 had long been a favorite of mine and I knew that Muhle razors were top notch. Little did I know how much I would enjoy shaving with the Rocca. I was astonished at how smoothly it performs without sacrificing efficiency. The Rocca is so smooth, in fact, that I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone just starting out with DE razors. Now the R41 and the Rocca are both in my top five, and I own dozens of DE razors, both vintage and modern. If I had tried the Rocca earlier in my journey, I would probably own many fewer.

Great product, excellent response time and very good customer service that I benefited from before my purchase. 2 issues though. (i) I live in Canada and the order page of the website gives you the impression that you can benefit from free shipping in Canada when it is not the case; (ii) also I bought a travel shaving soap thinking I was buying the container and the soap when I was only buying the soap for recharge, which leaves me in a bind - my mistake, but not so clear on the website.

This is my second purchase of the Grapefruit and Mint Aftershave Lotion, a product I proudly support. The soothing feel on my skin after shaving and the wonderful scent that my wife adores on me goes without saying! It is smooth, applies without any unpleasant texture, and is my daily use facial product, even if I dont shave that morning. I am very happy with this Muhle Shaving product and stand by its quality!

It gives a close, excellent shave. Definitely not for beginners, though.

I have yet to suffer buyer's remorse with Muhle. Deliveries are consistently on time, securely wrapped in elegant packaging. The quality of Muhle products and service is always a pleasure!

Bad customer service, expensive shavers gave me a rash, products are bad in general. They don't respond to customer inquiries.
