I did not like the deceptive practice of saying that if I buy their product before my regular shipment was sent they would add it to the order and ship it for free. They sent the additional product separately and charged me shipping. This happened three times so this is a normal practice. I no longer feel they are a trustworthy company

you sent me the wrong color.
you sent me the wrong color it’s supposed to be auburn and I sprayed it TWICE onto my hair and it ran out. terrible service..took forever to come just for the color to be wrong. Don’t get this.

Review not posted->No colour match for me/dark blond, strawberrish/amber-honey blond
Review not posted which feels deceptive. I have dark blond hair with a strawberriesh tint. Color Wow dark blond works perfectly for me, but I wanted to try something else as it is very pricey. This had such good reviews gave it a shot. Initially bought dark blond on Amazon and it is far too light. IMO it is medium to light blond not dark blond at all. Promo came up from Style Edit after holidays so thought I would give light brown and the light red a shot (so in total bought 3 tubs). The light brown is far too dark and the red isn't light red it is super deep and rich. Anyway I tried mixing all to get something I could use, but a lot of work and not able to get something. I rec'd an email from Style Edit to submit a review. Submitted it and got a msg saying to 'refresh my page' and my review would auto post. I did and it was, but now I am looking after 30 mins and it isn't there. I'd given it 2 stars due to $ spent w/o even a close match and the review isn't there. There are no 1, 2 or 3 star reviews which seems sus. I cannot imagine I am the only one with the colour match problem and if you want to be transparent then let ppl know that it is a possibility. For reference my stylist uses a combo of blond #7 and #8 to match my natural colour -> approx. 1/3 #7 and 2/3 #8. Because of this experience I am giving 1 star here.

I’ll the travel size 2 times & it was empty.
I use the travel size 2 times on vacation and there was nothing left. I’ve ordered the travel size many times and never has that happened I think I got a bad one and you should send me another one.
