We ordered a gift for a friend of ours (can’t be specific as we haven’t actually given it yet). When it arrived there was a small spelling mistake on the personalisation.
I contacted Getting Personal and both they, and their supplier couldn’t do enough to put it right asap.
The service by both was phenomenal and the email responses had that personal touch where you know they actually cared.
I will 100% use again.

Lovely item, purchased as a 30th Anniversary gift. Was disappointed with the gift box, which I paid extra for, which was damaged on two corners!

Great service and perfect present idea for all occasions. Sometimes something practical can be a bit boring but add a name or initial and it becomes something special. I'll definitely use this idea again and recommend. Oh and the packaging was all recyclable 👍

The engraved photo frame I ordered arrived promptly, however the glass part of the frame was damaged with a thin but noticeable line. As this was a gift, this was disappointing.

The website was easy to understand and showed the personalised apron.
I ordered two, received an email the next day that my order was being processed, the following day, my aprons arrived.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. Recieved a bespoke order for a DIFFERENT family. Really worried that my pictures were sent to someone else also. Initially someone looked into the order, reassure that it was just a mistaken address and my item should arrive no later than Saturday. Nothing on Saturday. I asked for them to resend next day and even offered to pay again, but communication now has stopped. Do not use company if you want an item on time. And customer service.. Really disappointed and ripped of £24....
