A brilliant experience shopping with Getting Personal. The product was really nice, better than expected and buying it was so easy. Delivery was quick which made me more than happy. I would have no hesitation in buying again.

Ordered Sunday, personalised glasses, and they turned up Tuesday ! really good service.

Not the worst engraving either, wasn't expecting highest end but it's above average for sure.

Even googled voucher codes and got 15% off (always worth trying).

My only real gripe was I ordered the two champagne glasses and a champagne bottle bundle.
So I was expecting for all 3 to in a proper presented gift box.
But alas the glasses were fine in a gift box, the bottle just separate so now not the easiest way to give as a wedding gift.

But impressed by the speed.

Very quick delivery, however I have tried to contact you on two occasions regarding the missing letter r from the phrase ' Love F om ' As yet I have had no response
A bit disappointing.

The book for a 50th birthday was full of really interesting facts well worth the money would recommend to everyone.

Did not deliver my order which was a birthday gift. Never apologised and just said you can get your money back. Disgraceful company I would never use again

I paid 12 days ago over £60 for a Prosecco gift. This was a birthday present and they said it would be delivered 4 days ago but it was not Disgusting company

Update on this it is now Monday 4 working days after promised delivery and I rang then To say they could not care less would be an understatement. I rang at 9 am and was told oh we have no idea where it is we will contact the courier and they get back within the hour no apology and she even said you will get your money back. I pointed out if I wanted to keep my money I would never have ordered it. One and a half hours later I rang back to be told no update and still no apology. I pointed out an apology might help and still no apology and they have no idea where the order is. I feel totally humiliated as it seems I did not care enough for my cousin whose special birthday it is to send a gift. This company needs closing down and massive staff training NEVER TRUST them

I ordered my gift in good time. Was guided by the delivery schedule on the website. My gift did not arrive when it should. I had to speak to the recipient about delivery which totally spoilt the gift experience

Unusual gift! I was stumped as what to get for an 85 year old who has everything. Great book.

Don’t trust them if you want something delivered on time for a special occasion. They didn’t deliver it, blamed Royal Mail, didn’t get back to me to keep me updated on Royal Mail’s investigation. Then decided RM had lost it in transit after me chasing them and refunded subsequently refunded me, with a free delivery code off my next order. As if I was going to use that after this experience!

I love the item I got. My friend loved the gift. The engraved letters look clear.
