Easy to order. Able to make personalised. Quick delivery.

Product and customer services was great, however the delivery experience was very poor. This was not Getting Personal's fault but more a warning to others in a similar situation. Paid for next day courier delivery and was quoted as next day. The delivery actually took a week to arrive owing to DHL offloading to third party couriers to deliver to this part of Scotland.

I don’t think the item was delivered on 19 August as indicated. Other than that my granddaughter seems delighted with the book

Item arrived damaged. Contacted via chat, uploaded photo and refund was authorised in a minute. Ordered new item which arrived safely. Delighted with whole experience

After a couple of hours of ordering, I realised I'd made a mistake, emailed them straight away, too late already being processed, as long as they have the money they couldn't careless, only dealt with one other company this greedy, never again.

Engraving as requested,quality as advertised,delivered early which was satisfactory(but left at side of the step open to passers by by royal mail not secure).

I ordered some flowers 2 week In Advance for our anniversary and they never showed up. I tried Contacting customer services and surprise surprise they don't work Saturdays.
So £50 for a big bunch of flowers to nit turn up.
I am fuming over this.
I will never use these again.
Monday they will be receiving a call from me
