Easy to order, item was very good. Only issue was I paid for next day delivery which didn't happen. But good experience overall.

Never received the items, paid for express delivery, your supplier never got back to your customer service advisor. It was a birthday gift. Will never order from you again.

Really disappointed as I placed my order for a personalised gift, received my despatch email which was followed up shortly after with a retraction email stating they didn’t deliver to my area.
Being on mainland Scotland that was a first! So sadly I’m unable to review the product itself as I never received it.

I was really happy with how quickly my order was processed and delivered. The frame isn't perfect, which is why I've given it 4 stars instead of 5.

Finding a give thats personalised can be very expensive. But you guys made it so simple and affordable. The birthday boy absolutely lived the gift. It came in good time and quality. The packaging and gift box was perfect. Thank you 😊

I paid extra for delivery and it didn’t arrive on time.
Ordered on Saturday to arrive on Wednesday for my wedding on Saturday- it did not arrive until either Friday or Saturday and therefore we couldn’t use it and was a waste of time and money

Personalised a diary on their website which had an image my daughter had designed for her Grandad. The delivery wasn't a problem but the product was a joke. The image wasn't in the middle and took the text off making it look, well, stupid. The quality was also very poor so I emailed Getting Personal straight away. Well the response was surprisingly dismissive, apparently it was my fault I didn't read the website correctly, stating pictures and text goes on the spine too. Well I Personalised the picture to make sure it was central but apparently that isn't how they work.
My daughter was gutted and all I got was a 20% off if I re ordered but the image still won't be central. Avoid at all costs. I will never use this company again.

After seeing what I thought would be a perfect 70th Birthday present , I purchased an inscription wine box. The example shown was for a 40th presentation but I thought that would be changed to suit the customers request and to match the personalised wording which stated 70th. 3 days later I realised that this was not the case and only through several attempts to contact the live chat option, was emailed to say that the 40th inscription is mandatory and does not change even if your preference states otherwise. THIS could have been stated when my order was received SURELY and we'll be for my gift arrived so alternative measures could be taken.THANKS BUT WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I ordered a engraved pint glass and paid £8.99 for a Saturday delivery as we was on Holiday but needed it for the Sunday. There was a attempt to delivery on the Thurday but we was still on holiday and wasn't delivered again until the Monday. So I paid extra for nothing and they haven't even bothered to contact me or reply to emails or refund the extra I paid for a weekend delivery
