This Card Company has lost all understanding of customer service and helping out..i have shopped with getting personnal for over 20 years with the odd issue but generally fab. They have destroyed a good company and hide behind excuses and need to take a step back re-evaluate themselves and look at whats wrong! Several times i have ordered during the take over transition period and given no excuse or help with the item. What good is a Christening Present if it is spelt wrong (by them) or a wedding gift with wrong dates (by them) and then try to send a replacement a week later!
Give this company a miss they will never get better or improve to a level worth dealing with!

Absolutely shocking this company is a fraud and nothing more pure scam artists steer clear and go elsewhere if I could leave no stars it would be to many

Ordered teapot ,lid did not fit rang customer services via card factory to no avail couldn't not get to speak to a human and 14 days return policy has now ran out !

I placed an order early December to still be waiting. Email, got one reply, still no help... horrendous, embarrassing and totally laughable.

Absolutely disgusting service. I ordered a gift 5 days ago paid £6.99 for next day delivery… still waiting. The gift was for my grandsons 21st birthday, which is today… so so upset.

Very pleased and happy with my experience of buying and ordering.
Personalised cheese board for a wedding gift yet to be given.
I am sure the recipients will be very happy to receive this gift.

Really good service my item arrived quickly.

My order has only been partly delivered and there is no contact telephone number to complain about which is very disappointing. Of the 3 items I had ordered for my grandson, the most expensive item was missing - "Personalised breakfast set". This was supposed to be his birthday gift which never arrived and no phone number to contact anyone!!
However, after complaining online I got hthe remaining item but after the event so somewhat disappointed!

Ordered a wooden wine box for an 80th Birthday, arrived with the first initial of the persons name very faint. Then found that the 'y' was missing off Birthday.
Was told that

How could I have not used a standard English keyboard it was their box that I typed in. I am pretty sure I would not have missed a 'y' off the main Birthday wording. Then told 'As a gesture of goodwill please find a voucher code for free 1st class tracked delivery on a replacement order.'
Definitely not using this company again, should have used ETSY!

Last gasp “Gift” The glass case ordered was perfect especially with the inscription , arrived in days, Have used “Getting Personal” a good few times over the years , always first port of call .

I cannot recommend this company high enough.
I ordered a special item for my Dads funeral which was significantly delayed and did not arrive in time (this was 100% DHL and no fault at all by the company as the item was made and shipped extremely quickly).
I brought this to the attention of the company (by no means a complaint as I know this was DHL, however wanted them to know what a useless carrier they used and didn’t want this to let the company down.)
To my surprise I received a heartfelt email and a refund (which was a total surprise), what an absolutely lovely gesture!
The item itself is absolutely perfect and of very high quality, it now has pride of place in my mums house and is something that we will treasure.

I placed an order for a personalised item before Christmas, which should have arrived in time for Christmas (according to their site). It hadn’t arrived by 24.12.24 so I emailed them, no response. Still not arrived by 03.01.25, rang them, the adviser had no idea what had happened and advised someone would call me back within 24 hours. Subsequently received an email stating item would not be delivered due to exporting error, told me I would receive a refund and offered me 20% discount to use on another order!! Absolutely appalling service, if I hadn’t have made contact not sure they would have let me know, but were happy to take my money! Safe to say I WILL NOT be using the 20% discount, as I will not order from the company again, very frustrated!

Ordered from here way over 3 weeks ago, order got cancelled due to not being able to use a certain character in the personalisation, haven’t received refund and cannot email or speak to live chat as they are useless

It's perfect for my wee business.
It means I get to put whatever I like on my Diary. Including my business name and photos of the gorgeous furries I look after.

Very well made! Arrived very quickly over the Christmas period. Extremely happy with my money box, would definitely recommend.

If I could give a zero then I would! Shocking service. Order never appeared. Trying to get my money back is proving hard work. Stay away. Useless.

Order arrived in good time however, in was unhappy with the quality of the product. I purchased 2 x personalised photo candles, however the quality was very poor. The photo had been cut off slightly and looked like something my child made at school. The candles were supposed to be scented but did not smell of anything.
Really wasn’t worth the money.

I ordered a personalised notebook and when it arrived, not sure if it was a printing error but it did not look like the name I had requested so I was unable to give it as a gift. I emailed the email address it stated on my order but had no reply. Before leaving negative feedback I tried to contact them again but still no reply/response. Really disappointed.

Really lovely wedding gift and came much quicker than expected..very pleased..
