My package didn't arrive when it said it had been delivered. I've emailed the customer service email 4 times and have had no response. Very disappointing.

£12 for a £2 pad. I was shocked to recieve a damaged pad that is of such cheap quality

Ordered on the 27th November 24, item still not here. Delivery date moved several times. No contact from Getting Personal. No answer to my email, when called ‘no one available to help’, live chat shut down and tweet message ignored. Now saying due 24th December but I hold out zero hope. I want a refund but can’t speak to anyone. AVOID!!!!! Update - a couple of hours later and now delivery has been moved to Jan!!! No update, just me checking. They’ve still got time to post on socials though!!!

I ordered the gift for friends , it arrived early , a great surprise for them , great presentation , and lovely quality items , there ringing me daily as they open each item to tell me how good they are .10/10

Ordered a calendar which arrived with no months or dates on it!
No response to my email.
Was told on the phone that it would take four days for someone to respond. Very poor considering that this is a Christmas gift.
When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that it would take a day. Appalling customer service.

Ordered 5th Dec and paid extra for next day delivery 10th Dec. Didn't arrive and the date has moved out 3 times, with no communication from the company.
I have emailed them today for a refund, so will see how that goes. Looking at some recent reviews they are obviously having some problems.

Ordered a gift on the 2nd of December with the standard delivery time 2-3
and just had my delivery date pushed back again too the 19th! With no change in order status.
No communication on emails about the order.
Not very professional.
Requested a refund as my order hasn’t even been made yet by looks of it!

Items arrived damaged - broken red wine bottle which dyed my t-shirt.
After several attempts did manage to get a response from customer services who said they would refund the wine bottle within three days. Still no refund!

Placed an order over 2 1/2 weeks ago delivery date keeps getting put back.
Have had no correspondence from the company and no answer to any emails.
Very disappointed customer service is very bad.
Order was a birthday gift and birthday has now passed.
Have asked for refund but no response
