Unable to personalise the card as wished, directed to another website which also didn’t do as expected. Managed to choose card for sending out. Received by recipient unsealed with card in blank envelope. Not what was ordered.

Efficient website and service but disappointed with the size of the font on my personalised notebooks. It was very small and indistinct. Also no choice of lower case.

These are typical scams using prominent people to sell you on fake crypto or stock AI bot and platform to invest your money. There start with $250 deposit and with fake trades they make it look like you are making money hourly. If you can read candlesticks and they show you your trades, check the entry price of the trade, time and day of the trade. Then go to a platform like Nasdaq.com or Trading View and check the price range of the coin or stock at the very moment of the trade on a 15 or 30 minute candlestick. A candlestick shows the lowest and highest value of the coin or stock for that 15 or 30 minutes time range. Check the entry price of the trade of these fake trades. You will often find that the entry purchase price of your successful trade was well below the range of what the coin or stock ever was in this 15 or 30 minute range. This gives the appearance as if you made a large gain or loss resulting in a great short term gain and you will feel that this trading bot or program is a genius . The fact is that the trade was fake. After doubling your money they may allow you to even withdraw a $100 to show you can withdraw at any time. That will be the last withdrawal you will ever be allowed. They will hook you up with a personal broker who will hound you to deposit more money with promises of matching your money with company money to increase your gains. After you make a substantial sum and try to withdraw there will be many company rules hidden in fine print or just made up as the reason that you can’t withdraw. They will encourage you to keep depositing because you are making so much money but they are all fake trades. There will be no contact phone number as the number they call you on is a Internet phone which changes every time they call you. WhataApp is their favourite way to contact you. Once you find out they are a scam, any phone number, email or platform account will be erased or blocked or locked. You money will never be seen again. Quick AI trading bots are the new scam of the moment. True trading bots that have some success will start at 5000 USD and high monthly fees but these are very rare and not as successful as they say. Often they are developed by back testing on previous trades which can show great success but as we all know the disclaimer at the bottom of every trading platform. Past performance are not indicative of future gains please do not invest any money you cannot avoid to lose. I have followed many gurus over time and have never gained huge amounts in any year like they advise. The stock market is rigged if you are planning to do short day or monthly trading. Unless you know about macro economics or what news that predicts future movements of a stock or commodity. Stay away from mutual funds. The management fees plus the Trailer fees ( money immediately paid to the guy who sold you the mutual fund) means the first 10 % gains are gone and now you will need to gain 20% just to get your money back. ETS are a much better way to invest for managing fees are lower and no trailing fees apply. No stock brokers will sell you these because they cannot make money off of you. You need to now how to read stock fundamentals and stats. P/E ( price of stock divided by earnings in millions) should me around 15. Currently hot stocks are around 45. Three times above normal probably inflated on hopes Trump will win. Will these companies be able to triple their profits. I doubt it. If Biden wins the stock market will crash. My advice is to build up your cash reserves in a money market fund or short term GIC. Hyperinflation or USD currency collapse or world wide bank failures. Being debt free is the best advice by Warren Buffet. Energy, food and essential services are safest bets for long term investment. Nuclear power is the future of energy as the building of small city size reactors which only need a piece of Uranium the size of a softball to supply ten years of electricity will become worldwide cheapest. I plan to find the largest suppliers of uranium in USA and Canada(Cameco in Canada is the largest producer of uranium in the world) . Many junior mines BFM.VAC ON VANCOUVER EXCHANGE is one of many small exploration mining companies of penny stocks that has doubled in last few months, Sprott Uranium ETF will give a nice selection of Small Canadian uranium companies Toronto stock exchange

The order process was fine. Then the product did not show up on time. Messaging with your customer service yielded into nothing other than getting the information that they need to contact the vendor. Since then no info and no update on when my order should arrive. Still not with me. Very disappointed.

Ordered 10th wedding anniversary wine glasses for my son ,glasses were lovely personalised, I was a bit dissapointed with the boxes they came in I thought they were in a gift box ,but just a plain white box ,but other than that my son and daughter in law loved them ,would use company again

I ordered a Father's Day Card on the Wednesday before Father's Day and to ensure that it arrived I paid £6.99 for next day delivery. The card didn't arrive until the Monday after Father's Day or 5 days later. I called the customer service team who refunded the money. However, i explained that a refund was not going to change the fact that the card didn't arrive until the day after Father's Day when next day had been paid for to ensure it was on time. I suggested that compensation would be in the form of a donation to Age Concern. I was told that a manager at the customer contact centre would contact me. I still await this contact. Very poor. Very poor indeed and totally unacceptable that managers at the contact centre do not respond and cards are delivered 5 days late when paying for next day delivery

From ordering to delivery, all went smoothly and the gift box is beautiful, the recipient was delighted, would recommend.

I still haven’t received a reply from last year, 12th December 2023. I received. 50th personalised wine glass from my sister. Wrong name on it. My sister has now passed away suddenly, she was only 52. I’m now left with nothing.

I ordered a jewellery box which was nice when it arrived but I paid extra to have a “luxury” gift box. What can I say? When it was delivered the luxury gift box was not luxury or anything like the picture shown when I ordered it. 1) it was far too big for the item purchased. 2) it was damaged around the edges and looked like it had been kicked around the floor and didn’t shut properly. I actually thought the luxury gift box was inside the battered cardboard box I received. 3) it looked like the gift was thrown in with brown crumpled paper. I telephoned the customer service number, I was number 1 in the queue then number 2 then number 1 again. After 34 minutes I hung up and had to contact them virtually. This item was for a special birthday so I had to go and purchase my own gift box. Absolutely disgusting and I would not purchase from them again. I did receive a refund but that’s not the point. This was a special gift for someone special and it did not live up to expectations

Bought a personalised camping mug for my partner. The example was engraved with an adults birthday so was expecting an item that was fit for purpose in terms of size. It was unable to hold even a normal mug worth of cup of tea. It’s more child sized and the pictures showed nothing for scale. The sizes were down at the bottom of the listing page but this is an extremely misleading listing. Because this was personalised apparently it cannot be returned so I feel totally scammed. Having purchased from them before I thought I was safe but apparently not. This was a Father’s Day gift for my partner and Getting personal have flogged me a useless product. Is my partner meant to fish or camp with friends using a child’s mug? I feel they should have helped resolve this by letting me return or offering an appropriate size replacement at a lower price. But there’s nothing forthcoming. Poor customer service

Lovely glass, personalisation was perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. Arrived one day later than the estimated date but still arrived in time. The tracking I was sent wasn’t accurate, however item received and it’s perfect.

Ordered a personalised champagne bottle for a 50th wedding anniversary gift. Opted for the Luxury Gift Box which was scuffed, torn, damaged, poorly packaged (certainly not worthy of gifting to someone and not luxurious in any way shape or form).

I paid £6 for next day delivery, meaning that it would arrive today in time for Father’s Day. Just got an email to say that it has just been shipped. Delivery Monday!!! What was the £6 for??? Monday is not next day delivery. It’s not even next working day. Tried to ‘chat’ with them and no response!!!! Utterly disgraceful and deceitful taking postage money and not fulfilling their side of the contract.

Honestly couldn’t thank this small business enough! Was buying my best friend a gift for her new home & tried using a company a friend used and they stopped shipping to N.I. And cancelled my order. Getting Personal came through with quick delivery and great quality and my friend is absolutely delighted. Only thing I would recommend is if they are able to do bigger frames with more photos but I am chuffed either way! Thank you!
