Found many references for genelogy research I am doing. I would like to see more newspapers cataloged from Paterson NJ which has been an historic industrial city since before the Revolution.

I am in a rehab facility and had no internet access. I was working with the iPhone and trying to renew. I told GenealobyBank of my problems, They still closed my account.

On a Sunday, I tried to contact GB to either chat or leave a message about my subscription. I left my email and Monday morning I received a reply. I ended up speaking to a representative and she was totally understanding my frustrations with the vast number of emails I have been receiving. She helped correct the issue and I am pleased as punch!

I did not make a purchase. I asked about the billing frequency for my subscription. I received a prompt, clear answer that fully addressed my questioni.

Got a month of GenealogyBank and found my great grandma's obituary in a small town paper from 1948 plus two marriage notices I never knew about. Searching by name and town worked pretty well, just wish pages loaded quicker.

I was very pleased with Geneologybank and the way and speed with which my concern was handled. Thank you very much! I really appreciate it! You guys made something that could have been very stressful nice and easy.

I had hoped for more papers and obits from Meigs County Ohio. I come from a very large family from there. Very sad that I can't find much at all.

I find that GenealogyBank has the older newspapers from New England that I need for my research.

Marilyn quickly answered my concerns and straightened out the confusion and continued to follow up.

Good response to questions I asked. However I am not able to access any more on this site than I can on my UK site with the exception of newspaper articles.
I cannot find any marriages or births from 7 of my descendants in the USA even though one article shows that one had 4 grandchildren. Will keep trying for the next few days.

GenealogyBank always supports our conferences (NH Society of Genealogists).

I can see and read obituaries about my relatives from all over.

Amazingly bad text search for their digitized records. Even knowing the exact date and the paper in which a death notice appeared, it could not find a simple surname string. Moreover, attempting to just bring up the image of the document myself using the date did nothing. Maybe they didn't have an image of the document? If so, there was no note to indicate that fact. Absolute waste of my time and money. I would give it 0 stars if I could. They ALLEGEDLY have this paper in their digitized records, but it's essentially inaccessible. And i paid 50$ For the priveldge.

Do not use. Just take your money outside and set it on fire if you want to get the same effect.
