GAP Omdömen

One stop shop for building plastics and anything windows or doors with great customer service.

🌟 Absolutely fantastic! Run by the most kind and helpful people! 🌟
Brian answered my Facebook post which was a cry for help, we couldn’t find an installer of Rockdoors, everyone we tried either quoted us with silly prices or said yep we can do that which quickly turned to oh no we can’t but we have something similar, but we didn’t want similar we wanted the Rockdoor we had chosen with all the extras we wanted.
Well GAP TAUNTON not only delivered on the exact door we wanted they also gave us the number of a really lovely installer who will be fitting our new door and a few other jobs we want doing. Mark actually phoned him for us to see if it’s something he would do as we don’t live in Taunton.
We especially loved that the door could be seen on the computer screen as it was being customised it was very reassuring to see exactly what we wanted being created means no room for errors.
I would highly recommend them to anyone. Won’t hesitate to go back and use again if needed.
Thank you so much!

Jennifer Eckersley was extremely helpful and a delight to do business with. Thanks again

Visited Gap in Taunton and Mark and the team are great. They make themselves available the moment you walk through the door and have good knowledge or products to help make recommendations.

Gap Taunton branch are very helpful, product and service is really good

Mark Short was extremely helpful, he tailored the quote and the offer to my exact needs, speedy response time and also checked in after to ensure the delivery and windows were as expected.

Mark and Brian were absolutely brilliant in helping me decide which product to use and the knowledge they have between them is amazing
I’ve ordered the composite decking from them all the doors and windows even the drainage and guttering all from one friendly place

Top company. Can't recommend the Taunton branch enough. Always very helpful and have some great deals!

Great service from mark always very jolly and helpful! Brian always goes the extra mile to help with any queries. Overall I’d recommend to anyone, we’ve left out previous suppliers to use these! Everything you need in one place!

Can’t fault these guys in Taunton always helpful and go the extra mile so much so that we’ve stopped using old suppliers.

The taunton team are very helpful.
The branch is very clean and welcoming, I wouldn't shop anywhere else now

Gap have a large range of products at a reasonable price

I have 2 doors and they are by far the best on the market. I feel so secure and are brilliant on thermal efficiency and of course they look great.

Items delivered on the day requested. However the driver did not ring the doorbell or knock. The first I was aware of the delivery was an email saying it had been delivered and left on the path as there was no one home. there were no issues with the order.

Always a great experience with Sophie K.v, who takes care of our orders.
The depot sometimes messes up the orders, but everything is sorted out very quickly.
And the prices are reasonable.
It is a pleasure dealing with Gap.
