Lovely piece of furniture ( ladder shelf unit). Ordering was easy and delivery very quick. Item was well packaged and arrived undamaged. Assembly instructions were clear and straightforward and the finished article is sturdy. I would certainly recommend this company

When I bought my stacking shelves the assistant let me leave the parcel at the shop ( I had been going to collect it later but it started raining) .
I later rang to arrange delivery, which I appreciated as I live 16 miles from Norwich.
A friend put my shelves together and I’m very pleased with them.

Leaning desk poor quality and replacement damaged
I ordered a leaning desk from Futon Company, we decided to pay a decent amount for something that was going to last us and would be of good quality. Once put up the drawers of the desk were shoddy - dowels were visible, the bottom of the desk where it joined the sides was cracked, and the whole thing tilted when you leaned on it so it pulled away from the wall and stuff would roll off. So i made a complaint. They sent a new desk componant. Which arrived in a trashed box and with significant chips and damage in the wood. And the tilt is still there. So not only was the initial product poor, but there was so little care in providing a replacement it was also extremely damaged. I really expected more from this company. Plus you have to keep all these massive boxes lying around in case you need to send it back. We have a new born baby and having to deal with all of this is a total nightmare.
