Futon Company Omdömen

I've bought three things now from the Futon Company - a single futon, a futon sofa and the latest - a bookcase. The shop is well laid out and Jonathan the manager is so helpful and is happy to go the extra mile to ensure his customers are happy!

Personal shopping at Futon Company was a pleasure. Riikka in particular was very helpful, knowledgeable and went out of their way to answer all my questions with patience and professionalism. Their efforts alone would give me confidence to recommend Futon Co. to friends and family.

Not the easiest to put together (one person) but great when done. Comfortable and looks good.

Really pleased with my purchase from Futon Company. I bought a nest of tables and absolutely love the quality. They were easy to assemble, with clear and simple instructions, and delivery was quick too.

I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from Futon Company again. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

When the product arrived it was of very poor quality with damage to the wood and discolouration of the seat. I sent photographs of the product and was offered a 5 pound discount (not sufficient given the damage). Alternatively a refund for the product (not including the postage) if I repackaged the product and waited during a time block for it to be collected. Very disappointing.

5 stars for quality of the furniture and at affordable price

Nice stools fast and easy delivery

Excellent help advice and warm professionalism from Shop staff, in the purchase of 6 sale bargain, well made , comfortable, dining chairs.
Delivery was relatively prompt & notice of time slot updated in a timely manner.
Chairs were sturdily packaged in cardboard & paper , so no damage to chairs in transit.
Finally, they look great ,are comfortable and now much admired .

Muswell Hill store manager goes above and beyond, as she has done for many years - always a pleasure. Ordered us in a bedframe to collect. Very customer-focussed.

Futon Company has so many products I love, it was difficult to choose when I was refurbishing my flat earlier this year. I ordered a few pieces and was not disappointed. Affordable (especially as the items on sale were incredibly well priced) as well as beautiful and the console and coffee table were very easy to assemble. Delivered courteously and on time. It's a five star from me - will buy again.

The item was delivered as expected. It was fairly easy to put together, and looks really good in my dining room with a large plant on it.

Fast efficient ordering process and everything delivered in carefully prepared packaging.
Excellent value for lovely pieces of furniture.

Arrived on time. Tables excellent quality and quite easy to build up.

As easy as ABC
Ordered on line collected a couple of days later which was convenient for me
