Excellent experience from ordering to delivery. Definitely recommend.

The best point to make is had a bit of damage to product but thank goodness you are one of the few companies that has a phone # to speak to a human being!!!! 5stars for that!!! Problem solved immediately and replacement shelf replaced!! Fantastic service!! No having to speak to an ai chat for hrs to solve problem!!

Lovely staff in the Solihull store. Furniture was delivered within a few days, great quality and very easy to assemble. Throw, plant pot and lamp from the store has given the room the finishing touch.

I have been told that I cant go wrong with the futon company, to be honest I was quite disappointed.

It shows clearly they didn't put much effort on thinking of the structure of the Futon Sofa bed.

I have experience in interior design and furniture making and had issues putting it together, I can see how it can go wrong for many who will build it after delivery. Also the way it opens and clos you can easily catch your fingers.

If you to buy a futon sofabed I would strongly suggest you go to the store and try to open it and close it yourself just to experience it.

Even the quality of the wood it is not been finished or cut cleanly, the one I received i easily spoted a wood filler.

Fantastic service and product. Presented with care. Loved the fact free samples were offered. I think I would have chosen the wrong colour without them.

Just bought a new bed and side tables, they're great quality and were easy assemble. We had to change the delivery date and were able to call, speak to human and reschedule quickly and easily. The delivery guys called ahead and arrived exactly as scheduled. We really appreciated the professional, high standard of service throughout. Thanks

I ordered online three items and they were delivered to my door within three working days. I have the bamboo console, extendable dining table with bench which was a perfect fit for my open plan flat. These were very straightforward to construct, heavier than expected and solid. Looks very smart and neat in my kitchen to lounge area. I also ordered a slim cabinet on wheels to use in the kitchen area. This took longer to construct. I use for some cleaning products and other items on the shelves to help keep my counter surfaces clear. Another solid piece on wheels that's easy to move around aand lookss good.

Very helpful woman in the shop, very pleased with the choices made. Way to pick up from shop, as she helped load the car.
Interestingly the furniture is for my blind brother and has rounded corners, making it safer for him.

It was easy to order online, communication was excellent throughout the delivery process. Item was relatively easy to build for two people. It looks nice in our hallway and feels more robust than some other flat pack furniture.
