Quality chairs, comfortable. Quite pricey but the gentle swivel is good for dining table. Delivery on time. Installation straight forward. Very pleased.

The Tunbridge Wells store is brilliant! always beautifully arranged, and the team very friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable, especially the manager, she's been here for years. I always bring friends and family when they are visiting, and there are always new things to see. !

Purchased two lamps. One perfect the other does not work. Not impressed. Problem still not resolved.

hi quality products which are stylish and practical.

I loved the product I received but my in store experience was to put it mildly bizarre. I paid for my order and up to that point there were no issues, however the pay point did not produce a receipt. I calmly said I would wait for the assistant to sort it out as she just said she could do it the next day when someone else was available. As I’d just spent over £300 I didn’t want to leave without proof of payment so requested an email receipt. This didn’t come through and the phone signal was non existent in the shop so even though I tried to check my banking to see if it had gone through I couldn’t. The shop assistant went downstairs to phone someone about the till issues and after about 5 minutes returned crying hysterically. I’m not sure what was said to her but I then offered to step outside the shop to try and get phone reception to check my banking. It had gone through so I went back into the shop to say I’d got a “receipt” and left. I felt really uncomfortable for just asking for a receipt and her crying outburst. In regards to the product I love it and it was delivered promptly but I’d probably order online in future.

In the Futon shop it was easy to identify the mattress I was looking for, having used futons for the last forty years I knew exactly what I wanted.

Before my current purchase I last bought a futon from your company in 2015. On that occasion my old futon was taken away by your company and I was therefore very disappointed that you no longer offer this service .
It caused me no end of trouble and costs to dispose of my old futon so overall I was not very happy.

Good quality console table, for the price, viewed in one the few furniture shops left in town centre and item ordered on the spot. Item was then delivered for a minimal delivery charge in quick time.

Great value for the quality of the furniture

Historically I have preferred a firm mattress but have found the Comfort Mattress Double (stripe) very uncomfortable and have been waking aching all over. I contacted customer service and unfortunately they have been no help at all. I explained that I had rotated the bed as suggested and had tried a natural latex mattress topper which made little difference. The only suggestion they had was to offer to send me another mattress topper, which I don't see how this will make any difference...

I love your wood and your style. The staff in oxford is great and helpful.

Arrived early & in great condition

Very helpful, good communication, flexible delivery to accommodate our situation. Excellent products, we managed to assemble it, but some instructions are not very easy to follow,

The desk is very good quality and looks good but fixing the drawers was very difficult . The holes for the centre section were not drilled deep enough for the screws to go in so I had to borrow a hand drill, a friend (!) and a small drill bit.

I was given great help by Vivien at the Sheffield store when trying to buy this day bed. It's really lovely. The quality is excellent. It was easy to fix the feet to it. The fabric is a gorgeous colour.
