When I visited the store, the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable.
I ordered my futon online and the delivery was efficient.
I have now slept on this futon for about a month, and have rolled it and turned it as advised. I have slept on futons for most of my life and find this one to be rather soft and lumpy and already with a pronounced dip in the middle. I weigh 45kg and have it on tatami mats. Have to say I regret the purchase and would not buy it again.

I've come to like the offers that can be bought the Manchester Futon.
They do not deliver display stock which is a pain, but staff are ok, offers frequent and browsing is pleasant. They sell attractive, practical and a wide range for a quite small shop.

Easy to order and get from shop and I love the products.

The 5 stars was for the product which is a good little side/corner table although not as stable on a carpeted floor. Delivery was on time. However the assistant in the shop was constantly on her phone when I looked around. When I went back to order the table there was barely a smile and only the essential conversation. She really gave the impression she didn’t want to be there……

Very pleased with the purchase barr the little dent on the top which I put down as delivery handling and not the company. Not noticeable really, but a nice piece

Good qualify furniture made it up myself so must of been quite easy to assemble looks good

Furniture was easy to assemble and delivered quickly. Leaning bookshelf still looks brand new 4 months on. I'd recommend this brand.

Efficient service

Bought a sideboard described as MDF and wood veneer. Ordering process was good and i chose to collect in store - all going well so far. The unit itself was sympathetically described/photographed on the website - unfinished raw MDF edges, raw edges from shelf support timbers, and my personal favourite, legs shrink wrapped in wood effect plastic. A real shame - because the design is great!

Unable to leave product reviews on the website so contacted customer services who took three weeks to respond, even with a chaser, and thus far have simply offered to send some photos to a Trading Manager.

Really disappointed if I’m honest - it was an £80 unit, for which I wouldn’t expect artisan hardwood, but I would expect accurate website descriptions/photographs that allow customers to make an informed decision; and better customer service if things aren’t as expected.

My experience with Futon Company has been great since I discovered it many years ago. Amazing product lines and most of all it is so lovely to walk into the local branch at Muswell Hill where the whole team is always so friendly and helpful.

Love the products. Have several items now. All seem well made and easy to put together.

The delivery driver got me to heat up their lunch and didn't seem overly professional. Items did arrive when planned but I was glad I wasn't home alone.
