We (6pax) booked our holiday through Megan Matian and Theresa de Beer from Bedford Square but we get no reaction. None of our mails send were acknowledged or replied on.
We are truly disgusted in the (supposed) service.
We still waiting for our transfer vouchers.
Kindly respond to sort our transfers in Mauritius. We are leaving for Mauritius on 1 June and return flights are booked for return flight on 11 June 2026.
I trust we can sort this asap.

Meagan went above and beyond to help me cancel an air ticket to change travel dates. I spent a long time with her, asking her so many questions that I could have easily frustrated her. She, however, took it in her stride, and we were able to finalise travel plans that were the most suitable.

Amazing service from Shreshta. She was ever willing to assist with my various queries. It was our first international trip and she ensured that the booking was done smoothly and effortlessly.

During my booking to sun city i was in contact with Phumla. Phumla is a very attentive woman who made sure that everything was arranged for our vacation stay, but also during our stay we we’re able to contact her for the smallest things.

I received a Travel Centre voucher for my birthday while currently studying abroad, and Tyla Ackerman was absolutely incredible in helping me make the most of it. She went above and beyond with all my bookings, was patient throughout the process, and consistently helped me find the best deals possible. We had the most amazing vacation arranged by flightcentre to Bali Indonesia! All thanks to the patience and humbleness of Milisa who helped make the travel itself seemless. The additional information for my Trip,made my experience even better than expected.

I contacted the Flight Centre branch located in West Coast Village regarding flight bookings and I spoke to a lovely gentleman- Junia White. I have no cooking clue what is happening when it comes to travel and he was so patient, answered every one of my questions (which I had no idea the answer to but was guided by Junia) and was kind enough to continue speaking with my husband, who knows much more than what I do. He is extremely time efficient and the very next day, my flights were booked, as well as booking the same flights that my in-laws booked. Please keep this gentleman working in your company or give him a gift or anything that is worth recognition because not many service providers are as kind and empathetic with their customers (especially those who are very unsure of how to follow the steps for travelling), as I have personally experienced with other service providers. He also assisted my in-laws with their flight bookings and only had great things to say!

I recently booked a holiday to Thailand for my family through the Pavilion branch of Flight Centre, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.

Yolanda asked all the right questions and managed to put together a fantastic package that suited both our needs and the budget we gave her. Shortly after we booked, the unrest in Iran began, and before we could ask any questions, Yolanda reached out to reassure us and ease our concerns about our trip.

Even when an issue arose during the process, she immediately had solutions and alternative options ready for us, which actually resulted in us spending an extra day in Thailand. The level of service and care was truly exceptional.

When Yolanda went on leave, her colleague Natasha stepped in and continued assisting us without any interruptions. It really showed how strong and professional the entire team is.

The whole Pavilion Flight Centre team was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I will definitely be booking my next holiday through them again.

I recently visited the US and my whole trip was a bliss and all because of the The Flight Centre at Bedford Center....The lady by the name of Teresa De Beer really came through for us from start to finish and at some stage she had to be my therapist when panic attack strikes me since it was my first time traveling to the US and really didn't know what to expect but she knew exactly how to reassured me & that everything was gonna be ok and indeed everything turned out okay and even exceeded my expectations.... I really can't thank her enough for all of the love .care and patience not to mention of how professional that lady is her attitude and her sense of humor Gosh I can't even describe it .....Thank you so much Teresa you are a super Star and I'm hoping to have more bookings in the future with Bradford center flight center and all because of the way you treated us and also handled our bookings ✨️ 💛 💖
