Our trip was amazing all thanx to Chirese Van Niekerk by the Bloemfontein Branch. Every aspect off our trip was planned to perfection aswell as her suggestions. I will never use someone else as this is our 3rd trip with Chirese and all our trips was always amazing with her arranging everything. You get on the flight and everything else from pickups at venues and hotels is done for you including our visas aswell.. Really great experience once again..

I’ve dealt with travel agents before but my experience at the Cavendish branch with Mornay Carstens was the best I’ve ever had. He worked tirelessly to find a program to fit my needs as a granny hosting small children for a trip to Mauritius. And at the last minute when I changed hotels he calmly made the necessary adjustments. What a pleasure to meet a young person so dedicated to his profession.

I needed to make last minute travel arrangements and need quick service. Anziscke responded almost immediately to my request. Thrity-two minutes after I sent my request to her, my flights were booked, I paid and had my receipt in hand. Makes me wonder why I have never used them before.

Angelique Cronje was an absolute pleasure to deal with, so helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. 10/10 service!

We have been dealing with Hermarie at Flight Centre Kimberley for many years and her services are outstanding. She is always prepared to walk the extra mile.

Unethical business. We paid upfront for a hire car in France. None of the documentation stated Debit Cards coils not be used. We arrived in France and were denied a vehicle.

We managed to get a vehicle through another provider but Flight Centre would not give us a refund. Their agent Rachel Naidoo was rude and unprofessional.

I attempted legal action but was told ti go through an Ombadsman but my mum took ill and I wasn't able to continue.

I will see if there's a statute of limitation.

From the very first call, it was clear I was in excellent hands. As someone using a travel agent for the first time, I had plenty of questions - and not once did Danielle make me feel like a burden for asking. She jumped on my inquiry immediately, got to work searching flights straight away, and handled all the back and forth with such patience and warmth.

Within 3 hours, my flights and travel insurance was booked without a single hiccup. What could have been an overwhelming process for a first-timer was made completely stress-free by Danielle's friendly, accommodating approach and willingness to help.

If you're new to booking through a travel agent - or even if you're not - I couldnt recommend Danielle more highly. Exceptional service from start to finish!

Excellent service received from Klara Spangenberg (Cresta Flight Centre). She has a beautiful personality, treated me professionally and made me feel comfortable. A real asset to the company.

Maxine was an absolute joy to work with. Her warmth, expertise, and enthusiasm made her a perfect fit for us. We truly hope other travellers have the opportunity to work with the lovely Maxine as well.

Flight Centre informed us in writing that once our consent form was received, the refund would reflect within 5–10 days. We submitted the form at the end of April. Only after following up telephonically were we suddenly told the process could take 12–18 weeks instead.

This contradiction is extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about transparency and customer communication. If the refund has already been received from Qatar Airways, customers deserve a clear explanation as to why funds are still being withheld for months thereafter.

At this stage, we simply want honest communication, accountability, and clarity regarding our rights as consumers.

We (6pax) booked our holiday through Megan Matian and Theresa de Beer from Bedford Square but we get no reaction. None of our mails send were acknowledged or replied on.
We are truly disgusted in the (supposed) service.
We still waiting for our transfer vouchers.
Kindly respond to sort our transfers in Mauritius. We are leaving for Mauritius on 1 June and return flights are booked for return flight on 11 June 2026.
I trust we can sort this asap.

Meagan went above and beyond to help me cancel an air ticket to change travel dates. I spent a long time with her, asking her so many questions that I could have easily frustrated her. She, however, took it in her stride, and we were able to finalise travel plans that were the most suitable.

Amazing service from Shreshta. She was ever willing to assist with my various queries. It was our first international trip and she ensured that the booking was done smoothly and effortlessly.
