Our trip was amazing all thanx to Chirese Van Niekerk by the Bloemfontein Branch. Every aspect off our trip was planned to perfection aswell as her suggestions. I will never use someone else as this is our 3rd trip with Chirese and all our trips was always amazing with her arranging everything. You get on the flight and everything else from pickups at venues and hotels is done for you including our visas aswell.. Really great experience once again..

I am happy with the experience I received from Chirese at preller Bloemfontein flight centre. She was patient. From the day we made a booking for our cruise, from choosing dates showing and explaining the itineraries on the boat. She kept us up to date as we were heading near our departure date. She sent reminders via email. She has very good consistency and what stood out is she always remembered my name when we walked it. Her customer service is lovely. I appreciate my travel guide experience with her. Thank you Chirese

A Big Thank you
We needed advice, and alot of help. As we walked into the office we received a warm welcome and all our even "silly" questions was answered. Cherisse from Preller was absolutely amazing. Even in Beijing we needed assistance and because of 6 hours difference it was way beyond working hours in RSA and everytime she helped. I can just say wow txs Cherisse and know that everyone we know will be referred
