I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sumayah Cassim from Flight Center, Hilton. Her service was exceptional and thorough. She understood my needs and professionally accommodated changing requests. Previously I did not have a positive experience with Flight Centre but Sumayah turned that around.
Flight Centre prices are comparable with other agencies and this time, the service was better than the competitors.

She ensured she understood our requirements and made sure we got value for money. She keep us updated without us following up, even checked in on our satisfaction on the day of check in. Kamogelo Malope our booking agent handled every detail with professionalism, care, and excellent communication, making this trip smooth and stress-free. From the planning stage to the final itinerary, everything was thoughtfully arranged and suited perfectly to our family’s needs.

I was assisted by Ryan Van Der Merwe, and although I did not proceed with the vacation, he assisted me greatly and was patient to my requests for quotes. I know next time and when I have enough money, I will ensure I use the agency now that I know their customer service is exemplary :)

I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Flight Centre.

My flight dates were changed unexpectedly, and I was not properly informed. Instead, I had to reach out myself to find out what was going on — there was no proactive communication from their side, which is very frustrating.

If there were going to be changes, I should have been notified at least a day in advance. Some of us plan ahead, and this completely disrupted everything I had already arranged.

Because of this sudden change, I now have to contact multiple places to request refunds for bookings I made based on my original itinerary. Unfortunately, some of these places do not even offer refunds, which means I’m now facing unnecessary financial loss.

When I made these bookings, I trusted that my flight arrangements would remain reliable. This situation has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

I expected much better communication and consideration.

We were assisted by Tyla for our family holiday at Victoria Falls. She was great from beginning of my inquiries, to arranging the holiday. She was warm, friendly, quick with responses, saw and alerted us to a problem we had not picked up on the 6 month expiry restriction on my passport and held our bookings whilst we resolved that. She was forthcoming with information on the rates and bookings. I am extremely happy with her service and look forward to a great holiday. Very professional and friendly person. Thank you Tyla.
